It was my grandson first swimming lesson today, July 5th (Fritz Burns pool, Guppies class). There were two swimming teachers who failed to see that he went from the first step all the way down and was struggling. I jumped in the pool and pulled him out.
They were not watching him. I sat in the pool for the rest of the lesson.I filed a complaint in the front office and will be following up with administration at the corporate office. Very upsetting!
