Literally the most unprofessional healthcare establishment I have ever experienced. Their entire staff is extremely unfriendly and just plain disrespectful. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT EVER GETTING YOUR HEALTHCARE SERVICES FROM THERE. Ridiculously long wait times for emergencies as per experienced this. I also got IVs from there due to hydration and my arm literally still has a rash like look to it in the exact same spot months later. Horrible hospital.

I've brought friends to this hospital many times over, and I just can't put into words how horrible and unprofessional this hospital is. They've misdiagnosed and been incredibly unprofessional anytime I've accompanied anyone to the ER. They have literally gossiped and laughed about how minor an injury my friend had received when he could barely walk and refused to run the proper test on my roommate who was incredibly unwell. The Best thing this hospital ever did was recommend GI to treat my roommate that operated outside of this medical care facility. Go to a hospital in Lubbock if you want outstanding, caring, and understanding medical staff. This hospital lacks all the elements of a professional and helpful medical care facility and does more harm than good in my experience.

This "hospital" is the most unprofessional, so much lack of communication, and so much more. Its a joke. I had to go to get an ultrasound for my liver, didn't know until I got there that they have no tech. Never bothered to let the clinic or their staff know. This issue for me is definitely life changing. They're ridiculous to even call themselves a hospital. I have NEVER encountered medical services as bad as here. No wonder so many go to Clovis.

I could not be happier with the service received at Roosevelt General. They do everything they can to ensure you are seen quickly and diagnosed properly. I haven't been to a clinic or hospital that cares as much as this group does on their patients!

I come here a lot. Luckily it s nothing major, but it s a nice small hospital. My only issue is in recovery the don t have tomato juice. For some reason after I come out of sedation I always want tomato juice and I have to settle for orange juice.

I visited the ER today because my primary doctor or was closed. They staff and doctor took great care of me and kept me updated the entire time. I was in and out in a couple hours. Little to no wait time in the lobby. Thank you to the Roosevelt Staff for your attention and care!

Its nice to give them 1 star, because they deserve 0. RGH is an absolute joke of a hospital. They're rude, incompetent, and lack all compassion. Do yourself a favor and go to Presbyterian in Clovis, not a WHOLE lot better, but they're less likely to kill you.

They have turned me over to collections for something I have never gotten a bill for or called me about!!!!!!! I've been there numerous times and never even told me in person I had an overdue balance!!! They've done this numerous times and not just to me!!!! It almost happened when I even worked there!!! It's beyond ridiculous and now I've got to sort it out now it's against my credit!!!!

If you've been here then you already know. I do not recommend this place at all. I know Lubbock is far but just trust me and go there instead. The receptionist is nice and professional but I cannot say the same for the others.

The worst hospital visit. The staff is crass and disrespectful. After a car accident in 2020 I was taken to the ER. The attending doctor was from California a clearly thought himself too good from his surroundings. I was placed in chair in the hospital hallway next to the bathroom where I waited for 3 hours to speak with someone with a dislocated shoulder and muscle tearing. To further show their incompetence the reception desk incorrectly recorded my personal information, so when the medical bill was sent to Tricare it was was rejected and that bill has found its way to collections - ultimately tanking my credit score for THEIR clerical error. If able, please avoid this hospital and take yourself to Clovis in hopes for better treatment.
