Daniel Delaney is THE man. I can't say enough nice things about him and his food. Having been to a number of Brisketlabs last summer, I knew what to expect with regards to the beef but his ribs are also delicious. And apple custard pie - I want this all the time.

This is easily among the best brisket we've ever had. The breakfast tacos are not to be missed, which are a newer addition to the menu and incorporate their namesake ingredient.
Really great barbecue and sides. They had an old-timey band playing the night I went which was cool. Make sure you don't show up too late because they do run out of food.
