I called Trustler Insurance to get proof of insurance for my father and the woman I spoke with was very rude to me. She told me she wasn't going to drop everything she was doing to provide me with that information and that I was asking a lot of her. I then asked to speak with her supervisor and she then told me no she didn't have one. I have all of this on a recorded phone call. I cannot believe that I was treated this way and my father has been with their company for many years. I will be calling the Ohio Dept of Insurance and reporting this.

I have personally used Trusler Insurance for over 10+ years. I work for a Mortgage Brokerage as well as an Agent with Keller Williams and send my Borrower's to Lindsey. Lindsey is not only very professional, she is very responsive, and gets you great rates and the right coverage you need!
