A labyrinth of overrated overpriced furniture. Most seem to be design ripoffs of popular brands. Pass!

Bought my furniture at Decorium for years. Collections are good and has occasionally unique designs that you cannot find anywhere else Its a.family run business.with friendly and non pushy salesman. Bought a lovely chest of drawers for a good price . And the best part of my expirience were 2 brothers that work at the pick up department of packing and delivery section . They were kind people that made everything look so easy.

I worked with Alla in my furniture purchase. She was great. She's normally a designer and doesn't always act as a sales person in the way she did for me, but I came to the store on a busy day and she provided me with such amazing help. I gave a vague description about the piece I was looking for, and within 30 seconds, we were across the store looking at that exact piece of furniture. Alla also helped me pick out two other pieces that I needed. Truly appreciate the support that this store was able to provide me. It's a massive showroom, but I was treated almost as a family member looking for some new pieces for my home. Prices were also great. I saved a substantial amount of money via Black Friday deals.

Friendly people, nice clean facility. Was easy to make a deal. All around was very happy with this furniture company.

That was one of the best service I received when picking up my table. Customer service was incredible, they were very patient with us and we were quite picky with our selection going back and forth between stores to find the right piece. Even in the end when we tried to find matching chairs and did not end up going with any of their selection, they still tried to help us until the very end.

The guys at pick-up were whom we were most impressed with. They were amazingly accommodating and helped us to check every spec on the merchandise.

Got a couch and console table from Decorium. The showroom is nice and has a decent selection. Impressed with packaging and delivery service. Price is good during sales.

Little warning: We bought dining table set for $4000, second piece half price. Great deal. Dining set came, beautiful, second piece never arrived. After 3 months of waiting they offered other set. Long hassle to get back the money for what they did not delivered and several times lied about. (story went like: in the process of making, waiting for material, etc.) I call it "virtual reality discount" 1 year 3 months later the Canadian super tough dining table started to curve up on all corners, like a Chinese boat, material defect. Looked in the impressive package we received at shopping. Without warranty the store exchanged it. That improves my estimation to 2 stars **, but can't change it anymore

Fabulous experience ! My sales person, Yuval, was right on it. From the get-go. Not only was she courteous, and knowledgeable, the entire experience was very enjoyable. Renata Biala, Interior Design Specialist was wonderful to work with. She gave me insights on the purchasing of a new sofa that I would have never thought of. I would definitely work with her again!
Delivery was painless! Got an automated telephone reminder the day before plus 10 minutes prior to their arrival time. I also got a call from a human the day before and the day of delivery. The two gentleman were pleasant, neat and quick. They even helped carry the wrapping for me to my recycle bin. Great work guys!
Highly recommend Decorium!

Sales reps are great. They really take the time to make sure you get what you want and the furniture is quality. We purchased furniture here 18 years ago and pleased to find out they were still in business when we needed new furniture. It s not cheap but the furniture is high quality and well built and will last a long time.

Furniture is nothing special neither is the price. Staff was fine. But our biggest problem was the fact that they sold us an extended warranty which was completely misrepresented at time sale and almost unusable post sale.

They say that you're furniture is completely protected for 3 to 5 years. And that someone will come to your house and clean the stain. But you cannot touch the stain in the meantime.

What they don't tell you is the process. You first need to set up an account online with Guardsman which takes time. Then you submit a claim online, then send the claim by mail to a US entity. Then you have to wait to get a call and then you have to schedule for that person to come in. All the while you're stain is getting worse and just sitting there on your furniture. The turnaround is more than 3 weeks. How many people can wait with a stain on their furniture for 3 weeks?

Brutal. Won't go back to Decorium.

I really enjoyed shopping at Decorium. I found all kinds of things that I liked but it was difficult for me to see how everything would look together. The sales associate suggested that I use their interior decorating service, which I did. They both spent an entire day with me putting some furniture together for my new condo. Other then being very helpful in making different suggestions what I like the most is that nobody pressured me into buying anything. Actually at some point they even suggested that I can take a day or two and think about what I saw during that day. I ended up buying some lovely furniture for my new condo which I am sure that I will really enjoy.
Thank you to Rachael and Jane for working so hard to help me and to the store owner who was right there alongside every step of the way to see how he could help.
I will certainly go back when I move to complete some other articles that I still might need

Very large show room, lots of models
most of the models are in the same or similar design line,
you see a lot of variety but nothing that stands out to be very different and unique. (Personal taste)

One of the best furniture store to go in Toronto. They were extremely honest, helpful and friendly. Shipping cost were reasonable and was delivered next day on time by professional delivery men. I scouted many furniture stores for similar type if furniture and by far, this place was the most reasonable, well presented and most helpful by the owner/sales associate. Def check out this place!

This place is great. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient as my wife and I sat on everything in the store in an effort to find the perfect couch. They have fantastic and beautiful pieces. Affordably priced, but items you can keep for a long time and functionable!

We just bought the most fabulously designed sofa bed. A whole new design and the queen size bed is incredibly comfortable! Renata assisted us and she was so pleasant to deal with: professional yet so genuinely personable. We really liked our hour with her. From start to finish this was a first class experience. Choosing a couch without actually visiting the showroom took a leap of faith. But we did it with the amazing help of Renata at Decorium. She sent us fabric samples and pictures and we felt comfortable that we were ordering what we wanted.

In the end we were not disappointed because our expectations were exceeded. The couch was delivered on time, flawlessly, set up and it looks and feels great !

We will do business again in the future for sure.

Great service, patient and friendly. I purchased a custom sectional tailored to my needs with a very helpful in-store design service representative. The sectional was a bit pricey but not unreasonable... and now that it s all set up in my mancave I couldn t be happier, or more comfortable. Delivery was very friendly and careful with setting up the sectional. Also picked up a TV stand and got a great deal on the floor model. Definitely will be checking Decorium first when looking for future furniture upgrades.

I had the pleasure of meeting Renata while shopping at Decorium for a new couch. She was such a delight and very much knowledgeable on what size I should buy and color based on my living space . I love my couch , it's so comfortable and I believe one of a kind.

The nicest staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! We stopped by to shop for a coffee table, not a major purchase by any means, and were surprised to be greeted with such warm and professional attention from the owner, Tara and Renata. Looking for and buying furniture when you know what you need can be complicated let alone when for a newly build house. Decorium and staff made it such a positive experience. Not so many upper end furniture places around and this has became one of my favorite. They have very interesting and unique design. I purchased a living room set for my new house. Usually not a big fan of online shopping especially when it comes to high end furniture but my schedule just doesn't allow me to do any serious shopping. One of my friend suggested Decorium and it turned out to be one of the best shopping experience! High standard, professional, fast delivery, and most important, excellent customer service and great interior consultant. I'm very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Horrid! Went to the store and was totally ignored. Not one person approached us to find out whether we were getting through and we spent about 45 mins there.

Definitely won't be going back. I'm sure It doesn't matter to them anyway.

Worst customer service. Drove 1 hour to buy a 400 dollar clock that their website said was in stock. Was not in stock. Sales person offered no help to offer to order one or see if other store had it in stock.

We just purchased a custom made dining room table, and I d just like to let you know that Yuval provided exceptional service. From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted so kindly by her and she was very helpful giving us information about the different furniture we liked in the store, and she was especially helpful once we decided to order a custom-made table. She got all the information we needed from the supplier, had special samples made for us to see and followed up with everything including taking a sample to our home on her day off when we weren t able to stop by the store. It has been an absolute pleasure working with her! She is a very valuable asset to your team and we will for sure recommend Decorium and Yuval to any friends looking for furniture. Can t wait to see our new table!

A home decor store that carries beautiful quality furniture and decor at affordable prices. Friendly professional staff.

Absolutely horrible service. Paid over $5,000 for a chaise sofa and other items, but the sofa came in two pieces. When I complained to the delivery guy, he told me to go to home depot to get some screws to fix it. I paid $5,000 for broken furniture. Called Decorium, and the sales guy and the phone operator gave me the run around. Still in two pieces.

Do not buy from DECORIUM. Bunch of crooks.

I wish I could give them zero star or less.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced as they do not care about customer and customer service.
They just want to take your money and do not refund you even if they can not get the product you ordered. They charge you to order, and they keep you waiting and god knows when you will receive something from them.
Poor some of their sales reps who try hard to sell something, but their store manger steals and ruins their sale.
I ordered and paid the deposit for two accent chairs on August and the salesperson promised me to have them by mid September, He called me once after a week and I never heard anything from them after. By third week of September, I myself called the store and talked to the rude store manager and he told me I have to wait till End of September , then Again I never heard anything from them until I spoke to them by the end of September.
Unfortunately, that rude store manager told me that he can not help me and can not give me my money back since it was a final sale.
He even did not bother to apologize for the inconvenience, and act like it is all my fault. I do not understand why they can not give my money back since they can not get the product?? So what should I do??? He said I have to wait since they have a final sale policy!!!
It doesn t make sense for me at all!!!
That rude manager wanted to take advantage of my non-canadian English and my black hair to refuse giving me the refund. He said that i have to wait until December which means 4 month after I paid the deposit, and still he is not sure if by that time I will have them.
I even warned that manager that I will put my bad experience review, but he told me that he DOES NOT CARE!!!!!!!!
Finally, I had to take my friend who speaks better English than me and knows the rules and law better than me to get my money back!!!
Then, I ordered the same chairs from somewhere else for $125 cheaper per each chair with better customer service and less headache which I wish I knew that second place earlier.
The worst service and non helpful rude manager I have ever seen in Decorium.
Be extra carful if you decide to walk in to this store. The first thing they do is to get your money and use their final sale non sense policy against yourself. Make sure to not pay until you see your actual product and watch for damages since you will have no chance to return it. And again be carful to not get trapped by them because your time worth more than the headache they give you which they do not care about it.

we purchased couple items from Decorium as this is the furniture store my mom has been shopping for quite some time. Last year we bought a dresser and a side table for our bedroom and in 3 months the drawer's automatic closing system started falling apart. We got a service done but in couple weeks it broke again. However, Decorium was willing to replace the dresser and they did which took over 2 months. We recently purchased a dining set from there and was delivered to us couple days ago. The delivery people left all the boxes out at the front porch. Being close to my due date, I am not in the condition to be able to move the boxes, and the delivery people just said we should've paid for the removal services when we purchased these items. We were never told by the sale's person there was such a thing. Decorium is always very proactive and helpful just when you are making the purchase, and after it's sold, they don't really care . Expansive pieces but quality of the service is very poor. Disappointing .

Absolutely superior Customer Service!! They even texted me the dimensions of the product I was buying to make sure it would fit through the doorways in my home. I needed the furniture I was purchasing on very short notice and they accommodated me and were helpful in every way.

Purchased a beautiful leather couch and love seat which we absolutely love, but there were a couple of issues that needed to be dealt with by the manufacturer. This process was dealt with promptly by Mary Beth (and Steve) who discussed every step with us. The delivery and customer service we received through this whole process was excellent!

Store location is off the beaten track. Merchandise is of the higher-end variety but way more expensive as well. You get what you pay for but be careful some brand names are better than others. Service needs improvement.

Expensive and sales staff make it very obvious they are working for their commission and NOT the customer. The furniture seemed pretty nice, that's the one positive. I suggest Union Lighting instead.

We went to Decorium to look at Stressless Chairs . We were warmly welcomed by Renata who was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. The chair that we we wanted was not a floor model but after visiting another store that had that model we returned to Renata. We ordered to chairs and as the delivery date came closer we were kept well informed about their arrival. Pick up was smooth and all levels of staff in the store were professional and very helpful. We are now enjoying our beautiful Stressless chairs and would highly recommend Renata and Decorium to anyone . Thank you again excellent experience Ian R.

We are so thrilled with our bed and mattress purchased from Decorium! The staff were so accommodating during the pandemic to assist us in finding the bed we wanted, and ensured a smooth delivery and set up. Couldn t be happier with the results!

10 years ago we bought some quality furniture here. Now it feels like most of the things I can buy in Wayfair for 1/2 price and free delivery, other is from China. Maybe not Decorium's fault but disappointed in furniture quality.

The shopping experience at Decorium was fantastic. It continues to be my go-to store for furniture. The selection is so huge and it's so nice to only go to one location to see an incredible amount of options. (My husband appreciates that a lot, too!) The sales people are also very friendly and knowledgeable. They really know about their products and have a true eye for design. At other stores, the sales people only seem to care about getting the 'sale', but I love that at Decorium they really want to help you find exactly what you're looking for to bring your home to life.

Decorium = Quality. After 13 years I sadly had to say goodbye to my dining room chairs. The chairs I bought were ahead of its time as now I see them everywhere which was back in 2005. If you are looking for quality this is the place to shop. At least in my opinion.

My husband and I bought most of our furniture from here. Their selection is good and the style is versatile and elegant. However in terms of their extended warranty and design consultation I give them thumbs all the way down. Their warranty is a scam. It s a third party us-based company. We tried to get a wear damage and stain fixed on our very expensive chairs but after an extensive online form to fill out and various follow ups with their so called technician, not to mention having to post some documents to us after all this trouble, they simply said that it s not covered under our warranty which is the highest you can get. Now who has the time to go and actually argue about this? Not us. Also our second shopping Experience for which we got a designer involved, we are actually quite unhappy about their recommendation! It s made our space looking very small after spending quite some money on it. Overall for the customer service and long term satisfaction i m very disappointed considering how expensive their stuff is. I have opted for Ashly and am quite happy with similar price tag.

A very spacious place with above average furniture dacor. Prices are on a higher end of the scale. Furniture is spaced out in various places on the floor with couches and beds in different sections so you have to walk around. This is a good marketing so your forced to see other furnishings. The place is on a upper floor so there is quite a bit staircase to climb, it appears that there's no elevator so older folks will have difficulty getting up.

I am moving into a new condo and in need of everything new. Adriana has been. She quickly responds to all my emails and is so helpful in getting my the best price. I have now purchase my couch bed and hall table from Decorium and I will surely be back for more after I move into my place.
