Rainbow Hotel & Casino Review

Great place to visit. Just a quick drive from SLC. The casino floor is bright and vibrant, with many games to choose from and lots of tables. Lost all my money though, that's all fault. Will be back soon.

Always great , I had a bad mini fridge it was replaced in 10 min ...loose slots 3 to 2 blackjack and great food and drinks

I normally have a great time. I still can't understand why so many employees were so rude on their anniversary. Two employees at the front desk were nice and friendly. Everyone else made me feel like they didn't want me there. I'm pretty disappointed

The casino has a very comfortable and friendly feeling. A nice place to spend a relaxing afternoon and lose a few bucks, or win!

Service is great and friendly staff. Plus they had a free shuttle to the air museum. The buffet was excellent as well.

They are always getting new machines in that a funner then ever. Great food. Amazing service. So freaking clean. Just making overall!!

This is a review of the Rainbow Casinos buffet, because it was the only thing we did there. We went to the Saturday brunch and it was definitely the best buffet out in Wendover. They have a breakfast bar with all you great Staples like bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, a chef to make your custom omlettes and so much more. They have a salad bar and their soups were really really good. There is also Mongolian Barbeque. Super yummy. My favorite was the desserts. Pies, pudding, cakes, baklava, cookies, ice cream and so much more. It was all delicious and we'll worth the brunch price.

The only place I've won any money in all of Wendover

Good location. But The Zags lost. Will try again next year

My room had roaches next time I will take some bug spay and lots of bleach to clean the restroom because it smelled very bad and had mildewy smell

Went for the buffet. Good food and constant supply. Would go again and recommend.

Slots and black jack are fun. Plus all you can drink while you play.

It was really really really awesome, and I liked it a lot.

I would give this a two and a fourth star rating. I feel like the rooms are too small and I get that they would want a compact design for each room but I would want at least some sense of space. Speaking of spacing, being the room makes me feel a bit claustrophobic and it is hard to get in and out of the bathroom.

We were there for our anniversary today and not one cocktail waitress came around we had no cocktails we couldn't even afford dinner after losing $200 so we just came home we can't afford to come out there every weekend we don't get invited to free slots free stay free birthday my wife and I are both handicapped

I tried the buffet and was very disappointed. Service was crap and food was dried out. Slot machines are in need of maintenance as well (mine got jammed and froze three times). Would not recommend!!!!

Spend two nights for birthday hotel was clean and very well decorated. Staff was friendly and well trained. Eating establishments were very clean and the food was great and very affordable. Great place to stay.

The slot machines have all been moved or rid of .I'm older and will spend my social security check but not if I never win anything. Just listen to the noise ,it's not there because no one is wining. Where has the fun gone?

People are so kind and personable. I absolutely loved staying here and the Penn &Teller show was absolutely amazing.

Magnificent room. We had the one one the jacuzzi it was awesome. Everything in the room was great.

There's no 'No smoking' areas in entire casino. Get ready for non stop smoke being blasted in your face.

Nice atmosphere and the Steak house always provides great service and top quality steaks. Best sweet potatoes and cinnamon butter around.

Rude over crowded and very nosey. Machines are tighter than a popcorn fizzle. And dont use the atm machine its set up so you pay a large fee to get money.

only if you really need a bed - and if you like to sleep in a Casino.

By far for the nicest "standard" rooms in town, great food and very clean establishment I general..

Just as hoped for on the utah / Nevada state line. The room was spacious and mostly clean. Let's face it, it is hard to get everything spotless everynight. Just little stuff .

I had stayed at other properties in the area but this was the 1st time here. I would book here again.

Everything was super nice. Our suite was well taken care of and clean. The housemaids cleaned everything replenished our supplies greatly. Would stay here again for sure.

Are room was dirty the tile floor has not been cleaned in weeks, the light in the bathroom did not work, the toilet would not even flush my husband had to fix it. Don't stay here we never will again.

My favorite place to gamble in wendover. The rooms are fine, Friday night buffet all you can eat crab legs. Always have a great time at the rainbow.

Decent casino. Definitely would not do the buffet again, though. It was filthy, almost everything needed to be stocked, and we saw an employee that was working with the food wipe a mess on the floor with a towel, then use the same towel to clean the counter near him.

We have stayed in a regular Room the beds were more comfortable We thought that upgrade to a suite we woulda got a better bed in a nicer room

2 bed room...4 people, 2 coffee cups. 2 sugar/cream packets.

I liked everything except that their customer service failed to tell me there were buses that ran from some of the hotels to salt lake city when I called to inquire about it. They referred me to greyhound which was the times the price or more! This really soured me about my experience.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Casino floor was cleaner than I expected so that was a huge plus. Definitely will be coming back.

There is a buffet inside and the food is amazing there is a very wide variety of food

We have booked a room here 3 times 2 of them the rooms have been dirty enough that we had to complain but they gave us different rooms with no problem

The Nugget and Red Garter banned us. We were homeless, clean clothing clothing and bathe regularly drive a nice Jeep and we were labeled as Undesirables How dare you do that to us. I even got yp the VIP status.We Love most of the staff between the 2 properties. We will just spend our time and money at Montego. We, are a platinum member there any way For the past 16 yrs. It's no wonder why the Nugget and Red Garter are never full and less business when they treat good people like this.
