My daughter's bus never showed up for her very first day of school. It was the thing she looked forward to the most about being in kindergarten. We waited 45 minutes before I finally had to break her heart and tell her we couldn't wait any longer. She, and my older daughter were both 30+ minutes late to their first day of school due to this. The busses are not getting to the schools in the afternoon on time to bring kids home either. Waiting up to an hour, sometimes longer, after school gets out! All the while absolutely no communication from Dean to know where they are OR where my daughter is while I wait 3 blocks over from my home calling Dean getting no response or a busy signal. I have kids in 2 districts, one in elementary and one in middle school, work and I'm in school. I shouldn't have to spend more than 4 hours a day waiting for a bus and looking for my daughter. I get working out kinks but this is absolutely unacceptable. I recommend you change your website as the word "dependable" does not belong.

My girlfriend was visiting family in Detroit and ended up without a ride to the airpor.t I called and talked to Dennis who gave me the fare based on her location. Shortly thereafter, I received a text from her that she was in the an and then shortly thereafter that she was at the airport. She called to let me know that she had had a very pleasant experience with the driver.Thaddeus - that he was friendly, talkative and courteous. Thank you Dennis & Thaddeus for helping out in a tough situation.

They could care less. Never answers their phone. They eat up millions of tax public tax money and have proven to be unreliable.
I use Dean Transportation car service on occasion for my travels and trips to the airports. The service has been top notch and communication with staff has been excellent. They put the customer first in my opinion. I highly recommend this company.
Dean is now looking for school bus drivers and they're holding an open interview session this Friday, April 16, from 9 to 11:00 a.m. don't miss it! Don't forget to let them know I referred you! There is also a sign on bonus if hired. Dean is also looking for attendants and monitors.

I am a current employee, I just came back full time, I love working for this company, Mr. Dean makes sure his employees are taken care of. Our supervisor is absolutely amazing. If it wasn t for Dean Transportation, I never would have gotten CDL, I love working for the children.
