My daughter's bus never showed up for her very first day of school. It was the thing she looked forward to the most about being in kindergarten. We waited 45 minutes before I finally had to break her heart and tell her we couldn't wait any longer. She, and my older daughter were both 30+ minutes late to their first day of school due to this. The busses are not getting to the schools in the afternoon on time to bring kids home either. Waiting up to an hour, sometimes longer, after school gets out! All the while absolutely no communication from Dean to know where they are OR where my daughter is while I wait 3 blocks over from my home calling Dean getting no response or a busy signal. I have kids in 2 districts, one in elementary and one in middle school, work and I'm in school. I shouldn't have to spend more than 4 hours a day waiting for a bus and looking for my daughter. I get working out kinks but this is absolutely unacceptable. I recommend you change your website as the word "dependable" does not belong.
