Lies, Garbage. Devoted does not live up to what it offers. Rip off. customer service is a bunch of rude jerks that refuse to answer questions and offer 0 help.
Devoted will stop covering certain prescriptions without notice. I have been trying to get mental health help for almost 3 years. Mental health providers in Colorado do not except devoted. Some of their apps. Never work right. Their agents just transfer me to someone else who transfers me to someone else. They only offer rides to my pcp. No other doctors. Just another sad Medicare advantage plan. I should have kept my previous insurance. Devoted health does not care about health. Money is the first and only priority.
