If I could give the DAC 10 million stars, I would. Mrs. Kelly really helped me get the aids that I needed. She worked tirelessly. The VRS was great, but Mrs. Kelly was superb in her efforts to help me get the hearing aids. She also showed me other devices. I was having such a terrible time hearing/functioning, and her efforts really helped me. I misplaced the survey I was to take on the DAC, but I really cannot say enough nice things about them!
