Tons of fun and lots of fun activities for the kids!

Lines moved quickly, price is fair, lots of opportunities for cute pictures, nice corn maze, clean bathrooms....pumpkins could use some work.

Love the farm. We have been several times. My whole family enjoys it.

Went with my son's kindergarten class to the pumpkin patch...it was a lot of fun!! They have a lot of slides and different things for the kids to play on and a few different animals that they can look at as well. Overall it was a very fun trip and I believe that all the kids had a lot of fun and I would definantly recommend this place to others!

A fun place to go just miles outside of west Knoxville and to get some great fall pics of the family. This was our 9th year of going here since we have moved to Knoxville.

It was an average pumpkin farm. Some animals, some playground toys not too well kept up. Employees were very nice!

It was fun for kids of all ages. Great place to spend some time together.

My family had fun! This is deffinently a tourist farm. Some of the play equipment was a little on the sketchy side. Still a fun family outing.

Great set up with TONS of activities! Our kids (and us grown ups) had a great time at the farm.

Today Raymonds S Bowers Elementary School 1st graders had a field trip to Deep Well Farm. after the wagon ride, the students and teachers entered a building to watch a video and parents weren't allowed inside. While waiting outside myself and many other parents witness a woman, later identified as the OWNER of Deep Well Farm, intentionally HIT AND EMPLOYEE with a golf cart! The employee, trying to brace himself for impact, grabbed the small windshield ripping it off.

The owner then turned and went back towards the front at a high rate of speed considering others were around, especially children. Adults and children were having to get off the path quickly to avoid collision as she wasn't slowing down.

I headed towards the front gates and hollered ahead for an adult to stop her. I approached her, she identified her self as the owner and gave the defense that the employee she hit was speaking badly to her. I didn't hear him say anything other than "I'm done, I quit" before walking away after she hit him. She then said she didn't mean to go that fast. She was terribly rude and loud.

I'm thankful no Bower's students witnessed this but other children did. It was startling enough to witness it as an adult. This is not a safe location for children. She had total disregard for everyone around her. I urge all schools to take this into consideration before planning a trip to Deep Well Farms. There are many wonderful fall attractions like Narramore Farms and Autumn Acres that put the safety of their employees and guests first.

ETA: other witnesses and myself have reported this incident to proper authorities and school administration.

The place was really clean and look like it was a lot of fun. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed whole family went to take kids grandmother was going to do corn maze and hay ride with the kids and we were going to pay for her and the kids while the rest of the adults just wanted to sit and watch the kids play until the haunted house was ready and we were going to pay to go there but they told us we had to pay just to watch them or leave so we decided to leave and go to maple lane farms lady was rude selling tickets that's fine will take our money else where it was at 3:15 on oct.16 on Sunday 2016... thanks to maple lanes we will still be able to let the kids have fun glad some places aren't that money hungry

We took some of our memory care residents here for pumpkin picking and a hay ride. Ann and Ray were absolutely amazing. They were so accommodating and helpful. Our residents, family members, and staff had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Absolutely the best pumpkin patch in greater Knoxville area. Fun for all ages, truly! Can't wait to come back for the Easter egg hunt.

Deep Well Farm is an awesome place.
They have a great place for kids to play & eat, as a bus driver I appreciated the graveled parking lot.

Such a fun place for children and adults. It has many slides, however the down side is, it's only opened during Halloween.

Went to Deep Well Farm today after checking their website to make sure they were open, driving 35 minutes, and taking a day off from work. They were a Deep Well Disappointment. After arriving I was informed they did not update their website and the farm was closed for a private party. In the future maybe update your website to avoid disappointment from your potential customers of all ages. This was the first pumpkin patch experience for my son and I.

Very disappointing. We took our two grandchildren this afternoon and being not physically able to walk with the kids we wanted to just sit and watch them enjoy the place. We were told we would have to pay full price to just watch. Plus the staff we very rude when we sent my granddaughter back to tell my grandson it was time to leave. Needless to say we spent two hot hours sitting in the car while the kids played in the overpriced place.

This is our go to tradition every fall! So cute and fun for the whole family! Zombie paintball for those who don't like corn mazes hayrides playgrounds and adorable farm life!

Great family friendly environment and so much to do!!!

The farm has multiple play areas, multiple large slides, some farm animals, a corn maze, and a pumpkin patch. The place was cleanly and the workers were friendly.

Good location. Free parking. Not pet friendly. Some areas and buildings are NOT Handicapped accessibly. Steep hills and steps. High admission cost of $18 per person to have run of the park . Lots of young children s swings, slides, and climbing attractions. There are chickens, a goat, pony, donkey, and hog that I saw. No petting zoo. 100 yard Wagon ride to the pumpkin patch to pick out a small pumpkin. (You may purchase larger ones). Deep Well Farms need to put some benches at the waiting to return from the pumpkin patch area. You have no choice but to stand till a wagon returns. Several grandparents (including us) were complaining of no where to sit to return. There were several benches and picnic tables for waiting to ride the wagons but none when waiting to return. (Guess you can tell this is my largest complaint) My wife and I set in rocking chairs on the front porch of a closed concession stand. This gave a good field of view of the play area. The open concession stand was at the far end of the park. I didn t check the restrooms to see if they were easy accessible for a handicapped person. M
My granddaughter enjoyed herself and that s what counts. We had fun taking pictures in several decorated areas for fall.
There is a large corn maze but it was not part of the package my granddaughter s school had purchased.
The farm is available for private parties, weddings, family reunions, etc....
IT IS A CASH ONLY PARK! No checks, cards or I.O.U. s accepted.

First year we went here and honestly wish we had known about it all along. I won't waste my time driving out to the middle of no where just to see a "farm" during he fall season!
We will be returning from now on!

NOT DOG FRIENDLY. I googled dog friendly pumpkin patch, drove 30 mins, and was turned away.

I went on a field trip with my grandson here. I was able to get I pumpkin also and they are the first place that has done that.

First time ever for me at a pumpkin patch .We had such a great time. My 16 month old loved every minute of it. Lots to do and even though it was very busy, it didn't feel crowded since everything is pretty spaced out. Also, I didn't see it on the website, but kids under 2 are free, which was a nice suprise.

Lots of things to do with family, especially for younger kids (12 and under). I took off a star because it is the priciest patch around and you are not given a large pumpkin, which was disappointing. Overall it is a good place for family to be outside, but be prepared for the pumpkin size and price.

They have added so much since I was here last! Well worth the $12 to play and the hayride and pumpkin. We spent at least 4hrs here and could have stayed longer! Highly recommend.

Brought our residents of Elmcroft Assisted Living (West Knoxville location) here last Wednesday. Anne, one owner, helped me out beforehand with coordinating date and time. I'm so thankful I spoke with her! From the minute we stepped out of the bus to the minute we headed home, this was THE best customer service I've ever experienced. At times, I think customer service is dead in America but they proved me wrong. So attentive, careful, considerate, mindful... I am blown away with the family that owns Deep Well Farm and am excited to have built a lasting partnership with. We will most certainly be back next year!!!

For sure one star for at least these two reasons:
1- They do not accept credit or debit cards. They accept cash only. We are in 2020 almost 2021, seriously?!!
2- Everyone should get tickets ($12) even if you are a parent accompanying your child and you will not play or do anything. I went there with my wife and my son and we pay $36 just for the kid to have fun. So basically his ticket was $36 and not $12.

Additionally, this place lacks professional management. Could be a great place but needs a lot of improvements/corrections.

The field trip with my son's class was great, the kids had a blast and loved getting to pick out their own pumpkins! The animals were a bonus, the kids really enjoyed seeing them. Thanks for having us !

My son had the best day here! Very kind staff. Lots for my little one to do. His favorite was picking a pumpkin.

We come here every year for the hay ride and the pumpkin patch. They have a bunch of great play stuff for kids, corn box, and animals for the kids to see!

Fun fun place. They have a lot of things for children to do as well as a few for adults to do with their children. The staff is friendly (great family I actually worked with the haunted hayride when I was in high school they are very friendly and respectful). Just note to take cash they don't take cards but a quick stop at the bank will fix that. I highly reccomend this. :)

We had a birthday party for a 6 year old and we had the best time

Lots of play equipment for kids. Some animals, but, aww shucks, no petting zoo. Cornfield maze was different as you gathered clues to solve a crime. Didn't get to go on the hayride or see the pumpkin patch, etc. It was way too cold that day. But I 'd like to go back next year on a warmer, drier day

Super fun! Even with covid restrictions, my boys loved it!

Spent about three hours here today, and we loved it! Took a rambunctious 6yr old, and my elderly father with mobility issues. The staff were very kind, and offered to drive my dad from one location to another on a golf cart. Seriously a wholesome way to spend an afternoon and expend some extra energy.

My son really enjoyed it but they charged my husband admission while he was in a wheelchair and couldn't do anything at all. Kind of weird.

Emailed about booking a party and was sent back a cold, matter-of-fact response "date already booked. sorry"...No thank you for contacting Deep Well farm, no introduction who responded, no attempt to find other dates and times available. Not very warm and friendly. Zero customer service. Will gladly give my $250 to a company that tries.

My daughter preschool had a field trip 2 this farm. We had a special rate I'm glad cause I would not have a paid the price if not a little 2 high other wise

So disappointed. We were so excited to go out for some fall festivities, (corn maze, pumpkin patch, etc.). The corn maze was ok but had fire ant hills everywhere. The pumpkin patch only had small pumpkins and many of them were rotten. However my biggest complaint is the price. $18 for a hayride to a rotten pumpkin patch and a corn maze? They do have slides and play equipment however, there is no discounted price for adults or large children that can t play in the equipment. I maybe would have paid $12 but will never again pay $18.

Great family place lots to do park , pumpkin patch and slide . my kids loved it

Not too crowded and we had lots of fun. Everyone was friendly. Only downside was the number of steep hills. Would have been nice to know that before going. Having knee and ankle injuries made it impossible to get around easily.

Beautiful property. The hayride & Pumpkin Patch was a huge waste of time & money. My Granddaughter did like the animals.

Oaks farm is better but this place has a lot more stuff for the kids

Lots of fun activities for all ages. Our grandson loving the fast slide and the wagon ride to pick out a pumpkin from the patch.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. There is a great okay area for kiddos 8 and under to enjoy.

The deep well farm has a corn maze, slides, petting zoo, and a tractor ride to the pumpkin patch.

Definitely a great experience!
