Fantastic ambiance at the bar and the Irish coffee with nutmeg on top was fantastic. Prices are high even for happy hour where drinks are $12-16 a piece but it's probably correctly priced for the area. My vegetable soup with bread was rich and delicious! 2 restrooms next to the bar are clean and in ...
Awesome bar. Go upstairs for a much better experience. They even have a comic book that s intertwined with their menu about this killer rabbit. So all in all good bar food great cocktails.
Although this place is pretty new, they make you feel like you're in the 1800s. Great selection of whiskey and great atmosphere. I will definitely come back.
Had the chicken pot pie and a local beer. It was really good. It is not a big place, but it's very nice. The cocktails are suppost to be very good. Unfortunately we did not get to test it. Will go there again, when i get the chance
Overpriced and snooty with some access discrimination to certain floors. The place is usually jammed, so if you dont mind begging for thw honor and paying for overpriced booze this is obviously a place for you.
A lot of people, magazines, puplications, newspapers, articles, books, social media and media outlets all label this as a must see tourist attraction in Lower Manhattan/Financial District/Manhattan/NYC also known as New York City and the entire TriState Metropolitan area as whole. The Dead Rabbit 'G...
The Dead Rabbit is one of the gems along the otherwise deserted area along South Street Seaport. It's split into two levels: the downstairs Tapoom and the upstairs Parlour Room. The Taproom resembles your typical bar; a long wooden table with plenty of beers on tap, but the best bet is to wait for a...
What a great name! Our gray line bus tour guy told us about the pub. Number 1 bar in America and maybe even the world (and the awards). 3 floors of Irish pub awesomeness. 3 levels, 3 different vibes. Greeted by a gentleman who must be an owner. Gave us the low down on how to enjoy the dead rabbit. ...
Over priced food ,very small portions also. Got terrible food poisoning from the burger in here, so did my boyfriend. Couldn't keep anything down for 2 whole days. Would not recommend. Don't think I'll ever be able to look at a burger again.
The Dead Rabbit is a cool, New Yorky type place and let's be honest, there is no shortage of Instagram captions available at a spot that good old George Washington used to frequent. The drinks are super creative and yes, there are literally hundreds of whiskey options so if you're a whiskey kinda pe...
I like this bar a lot for it's atmosphere and for it's drinks. It's kind of expensive, but also in the heart of the financial district. It's a good place to go for drinks before hitting Stone Street later in the evening.
Definitely a must try. Small, intimate place for all your craft cocktail and Irish whiskey needs. Have to get their signature Irish coffee. Bartenders know their craft and are extremely warm and inviting.
I had a great experience there. The place is usually packed. I had a chance to see a band playing Irish music, which made the evening more pleasant. The menu is full of interesting things. Definitely coming back!
Literally one of the highlights of our trip to NYC. The barkeeper was very interesting, told us stories, very friendly. I had a drink called Bells and Whistles, hand down the best drink I ve ever had. We had the chicken pot pie, to die for!! Cannot wait to go back to The Dead Rabbit!!
Vibrant place of energy, delicious cocktails, excellent organization, and this is the bar on the ground floor, the restaurant on the first floor is a pleasant discovery, on the tavern with cocktails, what to say the more you frequent the more you feel like going back.
CROWDED! But the drinks were great. It was a surprise happy find as my friends where here from out of town and had tead about it. We were talking about it just before we found it heading to the ferry.
Found this place by accident and so glad we did. It has thr longest list of whiskeys I have never seen. And the staff are great, very helpful if you aren't sure what to aim for.
One of the best drinking experiences you can have. Bottom floor is nice, a little more crowded, second floor is a little more of a treat. Quiet, private and you can take your time, post up and have some amazing stuff
One of my favorite bars in NYC. Unique cocktails, great food, and a friendly atmosphere. A must see if you're in the area. Later at night it is standing room only.
Simply amazing drinks and great atmosphere. The curried lamb shepherds pie was excellent as were all of the cocktails. Bartenders were outstanding and friendly, and have excellent recommendations.
