My fund disappears from the card. Call customer service but never get to speak to any person (waiting for 2 hours, and the call just end)

Worst experience ever been 10 months thousand of calls, and my Bell gift card is still unfund. I wish someone take care of it instead of saying its someone else fault.

Worst company ever in terms of wait times! I wanted to speak to a representative and was waiting to speak to a real person FOR OVER AN HOUR. Absolutely terrible service. Be prepared to be on the phone for a long time.

Terrible Company- No follow through on their word, took no responsibility for the disasters they created. Please choose to work with another company. It has been a horrific experience and actually, I suspect this company should be investigated for illegal operations. Very shady. Please do not trust them!

Absolutely horrible. Cannot get through to customer service at all. I have funds available on the card and the card only works sometimes when I go to pay... how confusing. You have to pay .50 each time you call to get a balance and I cannot sign in on their website to check it.
