When you arrive at D & D you immediately feel welcome. Nice open reception. Friendly welcoming receptionist.

Very poor management, unprofessional planning and many empty promises that never come true, honestly have only annoying experiences with this company.
Have a far too high opinion of themselves and are guilty in all respects of favoritism and corruption within the board.
Especially the Security manager is not capable at all for his position and is mainly a '' good weather '' manager ...
They say that service is number 1 but in reality that is absolutely not the case ....
Weird way of working together and taking a lot without giving anything in return ... contracts are not observed and if you are not careful you continuously work more than agreed in your contract ....
This is a company in which you have little to no opportunities to develop yourself and in which you have to walk on your toes ...
Unreliable colleagues and a very childish working atmosphere ....
There is a gossip culture within the company in which you are an unsolicited part and especially the app group in which you are added without your permission is to go crazy because you are bothered 24/7 with conversations that are completely unrelated to work to do ...
As if you need to be available 24/7 for your employer ??? sorry but most people have a private life besides their work ...
