No returns unless faulty. I told them what I needed a mic for and when I realised it was incorrect and incompatible for a mac it was tough luck.

This business is well run . If a repair is uneconomic the owner will so advise but I have seen him help out 2 customers without charge as the required repairs were very quick and simple.
I will continue to make this my first port of call in the area when I have a problem with phones or tablets
