Very dissapointed. I thought they were strickly business cold and somewhat rued. My company pays them to alter our uniforms but she insisted I pay much more saying they dont pay enough. THIS is her contract with them and she gets a lot of business because of the contract. I have never paid out of pocket befor and should have been told befor pick up I would have gone elsewhere .The elder women I think owner just didn't care, deffinitely had an attitude. Wont be going back. Go to Ana,s in Brea wonderful.
I have be coming here to Unique Alterations for over 20 years. They do wonderful work, I have used them for hemming, tailoring and even redesigning a dress for my daughter. Everything has been perfect. They are are a family owned business and very reasonable priced, I would highly recommend them to anyone. DDM
This husband wife team is the dynamic duo! I grew up having my mother, who was an extremely talented seamstress, altering my clothes. I was spoiled. I ve looked and looked and finally found someone just as good. Their prices are competitive and their work is exceptional. I highly recommend.
Took my wife's dress in as the inside hemm had detached as was falling below the outer dress. I was told that re-affixing the hemm would solve the issue. So $12 and 5 days later I go to collect the item only to see the inside hemm was still hanging below the dress. When I questioned them about this , they said that's what I asked for! Um no. I asked for the hemm to be repaired so it would not show below the dress. The owner (I guess) then argued with me for 5 mins saying it's not what I asked for. Never never never again will I visit these rude unhelpful people. Shame I cannot go zero stars.
I have been using Unique Alterations for nearly 25 years.. Andrew is a genius tailor and he, his wife and their staff do an excellent job.. if it is fitting a suit or hemming a pair of pants.. they are the best.. and their prices are very reasonable..
I go here to have all my suits fitted and any other alterations I may need. Andrew is very skilled and always takes care of me. If you need some slacks or a shirt hemmed at the last minute he ll take care good care of you. This is my go to for any alterations I may need.
I took a very difficult project into this business, they exceeded my expectations! The prices are good, the customer service is exceptional! They will get my business for many more years, highly recommend!
