ConfirmBioSciences is a great company, and a true example of how social enterprises can make a positive difference in the community. Every single member of this company follows the main principle "People over Profits". Confirm BioSciences guiding principles are Trust, Teamwork and Passion, and it shows.

Very poor customer service today. On hold...get to one person...placed on hold again...then no one picks up...then she can't find the email that she asked us to send. Was in her spam box. Was told she would check to see if our batch was faulty, then never heard...then no one was answering the phone. Finally, after three hours, was told they were all in a mandatory meeting. NIGHTMARE.

Can't submit without at least 1 star. I wouldn't write this unless my experience with Confirm Biosciences was truly THAT bad. First, the nicotine saliva tests did not give clear results (NicAlerts). The lines were very faint. Surprising as these tests were highly recommended by another researcher. At the time, the Nicalert test was our only option. After the first batch of orders, the NicAlert was backordered twice, which caused a major delay on our project. They only provided half of our order and left us to wait for the other half. They grossly underestimated when the item would be available on more than one occasion. Months later, the company suggested a new alternative test. It was ok (except for the tedious back and forth regarding invoicing that caused even more delays). As our only option, we placed an order and paid for expedited shipping for a larger batch of the alternative tests. ON THE SAME DAY this order arrives, the backordered shipment of NicAlerts magically show up. This company and their tests cost us time (about 6 months), money, and diminished the quality of our project.

Confirm Biosciences gives back to the community. Part of its proceeds goes back to assisting the homeless people. A great cause from a great company.

To many false positives for oxy. I take suboxone. No reason to even take oxy as the sub blocks the effects. Although they recommend lab tests, this organization that i attend wont send it off.

Confirm Biosciences is a fantastic business, highly awarded and regarded as one of the best places to work in San Diego (I've applied twice, still hopeful! Lol). They deliver quality products and are super active in the community as well both with youth organizations and serving wherever they can be of assistance.

Confirm BioSciences is the best place to work! I have had the opportunity of working at many different companies throughout my career, but none of them compare to the teamwork, culture, and creativity that Zeynep Ilgaz and Serhat Pala have established. It is an honor to work at Confirm BioSciences!
