Very poor customer service today. On hold...get to one person...placed on hold again...then no one picks up...then she can't find the email that she asked us to send. Was in her spam box. Was told she would check to see if our batch was faulty, then never heard...then no one was answering the phone....

To many false positives for oxy. I take suboxone. No reason to even take oxy as the sub blocks the effects. Although they recommend lab tests, this organization that i attend wont send it off.
