Very poor customer service today. On hold...get to...

Very poor customer service today. On hold...get to one person...placed on hold again...then no one picks up...then she can't find the email that she asked us to send. Was in her spam box. Was told she would check to see if our batch was faulty, then never heard...then no one was answering the phone. Finally, after three hours, was told they were all in a mandatory meeting. NIGHTMARE.
