Please be careful

Worst customer experience I have had for a long while. I ordered for a laptop through their website, and after order confirmation, I called them to confirm the device specifications and payment method, but they didn't answer and were unavailable. I then visited their shop to make the purchase, to which they said, they would charge extra because the online payment service is not for local people. Their behavior was rude as if they don't give a damn if you buy from them or not.

I had placed my order for a Ryzen processor along with a casing and a HDD. Two days later i called them to get an update regarding my order, they told me that you will get a confirmation call tomorrow. Next day i got a call and they said they will get it delivered tomorrow. I waited for two days then i got a call from them they said we only have the processor in stock and told me to get another casing instead of the one that i had ordered...i said i'll think about it and let you know. Then i called them for two days straight but no one answered my calls and then i got an email that my order was cancelled.
Extremely irresponsible and pathetic people...

I'm just another satisfy Customer of Computer zone PK and been buying My Computer Parts since 2012 and never got any problem on products i buy but 1 thing i buy a MotherBoard for my PC got some bios problem in 3 months i take my MOBO to their store they Give me Warranty Receipt and but warranty time for me takes 1 month and 4 days to me to get my NEW MOBO lel that was a Very Hard month on me and my gaming stops lel .
Soo be patient if you got your Product got cranked or Stops working as they should be warranty time max can take up to 1 month.

I think it is the most cheapest shop in Karachi with geniune new products. Sultan Bhai is a nice guy but unfortunately there rates are fixed but there are the lowest for new items.
