Initially, my order had a few problems, though they were quite helpful in resolving the issues I had. They've reassured me that no future orders will have any cause for concern, and I'm quite content with the services they've offered so far. Whereas my opinion was. at first, rather low. Their swift action following my complaint suggests they really do care about the consumer, and the equipment I bought from them has performed well save for a single wire that wasn't functional due to manufacturing faults. Overall, it's been a rather good experience.
