My experience was not good battery failed after 2 months and many programs do not install when I brought laptop to them they said we do not look after software issues
Its really worst it shop in the town where cost ia double
Poor quality packing, I had bought my system from here, thier cable managment and placement was horrible, even they put the wrong cable on the wrong switch.
They have cheap chinese equipments. Maybe you should consider before buying it.
They fixed flicking of Laptop screen and charge me 3000 Rs without discount. They damaged my sound card and after one month again flicking of screen started. Over all poor experience. Went after an year. Had to repay 3500 to replace laptop ribbon again with one week warranty. They fixed speaker problem as well.

Good stock but very rude staff. Avoid them if you want to buy something trivial like a mouse or keyboard. They only respect customers who are buying big. Sad really.
Hostile staff, high prices and an enervating experience while trying to "negotiate" on prices. Would not recommend.
It's expensive and if your are thinking of used products their quality is questionable as well as customer service is very slow and poor.

The place is average according to most of the pc shops to shop and to repair also price is a little high from techno center
