So I purchased some pricey truffle goat cheese from their representative at Huntington Fall Festival. The product had an expiration date of November 23rd. I opened the cheese a few days after purchasing only to find mold had completely consumed my cheese. I called the number listed on google for coach farm. Instead of simply issuing a refund or sending me a replacement they proceeded to collect my information 3 times. First time someone was supposed to call me back, they didn t, I called again the next day, the person apology and said they were busy and asked if I contacted the vendor that I purchased from, I told them their information was the only one I had. She mentions the guy s name and said she would give him a call because he s supposed to be handling this stuff. She said they would resolve this and I d either get a refund or replacement cheese, she advised she would give me a call back later that day with how they decided to proceed. 3 weeks later I still have not been contacted. Hey Coach Farms FYI you re the producer of the cheese, if it s growing mold a full month BEFORE the expiration date it s in your best interest to FIX the issue IMMEDIATELY, not string a customer along and give a million excuses it s one piece of cheese, I live in the same state, the cost of replacing the cheese is far cheaper than the negative press you have just received.
