Wynwood NYE - only 2 bartenders outside, both of whom operated at the pace of snails. Zero organization. Waste of time to go & waste of money on drink tickets that couldn't be redeemed.
SWARM is fantastic. The events they put on are the most fun in Miami! Best cocktails. Always a great time.
We ordered two Mojito as cold ice water no alcohol. We paid 25 dollars.
We got two tequilas, they were pretty good but it was $30. They have really great couches and outdoor seating.

Ridiculously over priced event. Parking staff taking bribes to park you closer to event. Not a lot of selection. Everything was fried. Not worth the 20 dollar parking fee.

I had the horrible misfortune of renting a space for Basel House 2019, what a HUGE mistake, especially because these people do a few events in the area so they do not care what they do as new unsuspecting vendors eagerly rent from them and loose their time and money.

I had such a great time with my friends at Wynwood Life, Basel House and Hive! Their events are very organized. They also have a variety of food trucks, live art and cool vendors which is rare to find in other events!

Terrible craft vendor relations. They will take your money and then treat you like you are a bother to their festival. They do not support local small businesses, they are only interested in collecting the booth fee. If you are a craft vendor, do not give this business your money.
WOW!! So I was planning a pop up gallery during basel and SWARM was able to provide us a space, staff and production. They will work with and are very transparent with logistics. Thank you!
