Their service guy couldn't figure out how to fix a speaker I spent thousands on and bought from them as an authorized dealer. After several hours of research on my own via AVS forum I ended up ordering the replacement parts and fixing it myself. Horrible experience.

I have called twice for a person to come to my house and give me an estimate on some work I've needed done. No one calls me back. Apparently they are doing such great business that they don't need my money. Rude and unresponsive.
