We've been customers of Classic Creations since back when we lived in Toronto over a decade ago, and we still save our most precious purchases and jewellery repairs for when we visit. Fantastic experience on both occasions dealing with Ami! The first time was purchasing a new timepiece and Ami was quick and professional with his replies and got me the watch on my wrist in a matter of a couple of days! The second time was sourcing a new strap and some replacement components I required for another timepiece and again Ami was speedy to find what I was after and got the items to me super fast. I have recently purchased a Seiko Arista watch from Jordan at Classic Creations. The entire transaction was very professional and I couldn t be happier with the outcome. The time piece will be added to my collection but it is special particularly because of the dial face. It is made of a very unique porcelain that originated from the Arista region in Japan. It has undergone some patented processes to be able to withstand the physical forces characteristic of wrist watches. The end result is magnificent! The dial has cut out sections as well that establish a 3D appearance. I am overjoyed with the attention and service that I received from Jordan at Classic Creations and I will be recommending them to my fellow collectors. I'll begin by saying the service is incredible here. Family owned and operated and it shows, the way they treat their customers sets them apart from any other jeweler I've ever seen. I went in one day just to browse for wedding rings. They greeted me, offered me a cappuccino and let me browse. I couldn't help myself, I saw a beautiful Carl F Bucherer Manero watch that caught my eye. Jordan was super reasonable and I ended up making the spontaneous decision to buy the watch - not only because the watch was attractive but to me, service is king and as I already mentioned, they way I was treated really just made me want to do business here.

It doesn't end there. I originally came in to look at wedding rings and of course I got that here too. CC has such a beautiful collection of fine jewelry, the quality and craftsmanship is extremely high. All of their diamonds are a minimum VS2. So I also ended up bringing my fiancee a few days later to look at wedding rings for her. Daniel helped us out, again the same quality service (the whole staff here is just awesome). My fiancee picked out a beautiful diamond band which she absolutely loves. They are extremely knowledgeable not to mention they have a passion for watches themselves so be prepared to have some great conversations too.

Contrary to this review, I'm not a person who is easily sold on things. Not because I'm not willing to spend but because I'm a person who looks for the buying experience. When you have the quality of the jewelry here combined with the level of service you get, you can't help but walk out feeling really good about your purchases.

God... I sound like I work here. lol But in all honesty, this place deserves the praise it's received, no exaggeration. The staff is professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and genuine - no BS which to me is priceless.

The first was a custom stack of diamond eternity bands about 4 years ago, and the second was a recent pair of diamond earrings. The service here has always felt welcoming, warm, and very helpful.
