I currently rent from them and ever since they change management everything has been wonderful I do appreciate the patient's on the rent I do appreciate the timely fashion that they respond 2 fixing things I just had a problem with my heat and they came and fix it immediately I do appreciate them taking their time and being patient with certain issues thank you again

Jennifer is great and very understating! They are also very personable and quick with any issues! We plan on staying with their properties for a long time!

We rented from Realty Works for many years. They were always responsive to any issues or concerns. We had no complaints. They also work with community agencies to house individuals who are struggling with various issues and should be commended for that.

They have an Easy on-line portal, helps to pay rent online & submit any maintenance request. All maintenance requests have been taken care of promptly, whether it is during the week, weekends or after hours. Staff is great.

Matt and Jennifer, what can I say...Thank you! Two great choices in one! I rented from them for about 8 years! If it wasn't for Jennifer, I don't know what I would have done. She is amazing! Times were very rough for me and those first few years were a struggle. Realty Works hung in there with me and I am very thankful to them for giving me and my kids a place to live in to call home. They were there to make repairs! The best one, personal water fountain! Lol! You just had to laugh! When I was finally able to make the move to become a home buyer, I turned to Matt and asked him to be my realtor! I tell you what, Matt is just as amazing! He knows his stuff! He was not just trying to get me into any house. He understood my budget so that made things a little more tricky! Matt was very patient when we would go look at houses. There were some doozies! Personal swimming pool! Lol! You can definitely tell Matt enjoys his career path and he is exceptional! Matt has helped my daughter and son-in-law, buy a house and recently my best friend as well! So, Matt and Jennifer I wish you the best and thank you for not giving up on me when I showed up on the front doorstep at the duplex!

We were tenants of a Realty Works property for nearly 7 years, during that time we had no complaints with the management of the property. Everyone we ever had to communicate with was friendly and would help us with whatever we may have needed. I feel they tr uly care about their tenants and their properties.

After struggling with another "popular" leasing company in Lincoln, working with Realty Works has been a breath of fresh air. I have worked with Jennifer and Nick and they have been very helpful, easy to get ahold of, and very supportive of any needs or concerns. I highly recommend Realty Works!

I used Matt as my buyer s agent. He wasn t pushy, he took the time needed to explain things a first time homebuyer needed to know, and his experience with owning multiple units himself made me comfortable with his opinions about the guts of houses.

Several months after I purchased the house, we had some questions about foundation settling. He took the time to set us up with an inspector to come over to look at the issue and came out himself at the same time. He had absolutely no obligation to help at all so I was impressed he went to the lengths he did.

Five stars, would use again.

Incredibly slow to respond to maintenance requests, regardless of how important. Have been renting from them for 3 months and haven't had hot water the entire time

They do nothing but cheat you out your money and paint over mold in apartment units. Next time you rent a unit through them check through for mold or unwanted pests. They are cheap dirt bags. They make jokes about tenants and don't deserve a dime. Check by a better renter. They aren't worth your time or money.

Great company to work with. Sprayed for bugs, kept property up to date, and were on top of issues. I recommend working with them they have many properties all around and are able to help you find you your next place!

While renting there they were pretty good. However upon move out they will nickle and dime you regarding your deposit. When you call to find out they will not provide any specifics and become very argumentative that you question anything.

We were charged for cleaning but it was left cleaner than it was when we moved in.

We were charged for a furnace filter (despite changing it less than a month before) and for "something for the back door but I'm not sure what."

Renter beware!

They always go up and beyond to help with anything I've ever had to call about. They are flexible and work with you if you are struggling to pay your rent.

Great place to rent from. Rent is more than reasonable which is probably the best thing when you re a broke coffee drinker like me. My only gripe is Audrey and Jordan screens my calls. Which I was taken aback at. I thought we were closer but they are really good people and if you treat them well, they will most graciously reciprocate.

Realty Works is a great property management company - they are responsive, professional and very easy to get along with! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic property management company! I have nothing but excellent feedback to give them!

Realty Works has been an avid fan of Junior Rampage and are always willing to help our organization grow Lacrosse in the Lincoln area by making donations or donating garage space.

I have been living in a house with bats for 4 months, and Realty Works has put fairly little effort into fixing the infestation, along with our landlord. They haven t held our landlord accountable to solve the issue either. Do not rent with Realty Works, you will regret it.

The Realty Works Team is extremely knowledgeable in real estate investing, property management, home sales, home buying and all things real estate. Realty Works partners with you and helps navigate the ever changing real estate market. It doesn't matter if you're a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor call Realty Works.

I've rented from my share of landlords and I can say Realty Works is up there at the top. They are responsive to maintenance requests and are the staff are all friendly and nice to work with.

TL;DR - Much good, allows dogs, but arson is not allowed.

I am not super particular, but this seems to be a good place to rent from. Everything they said they d take care of they do. Maintenance requests can sometimes take a bit longer than desired, but if it s important they have done a good job of getting it done. I rent a house and they have you do all the yard work which is fine, but also have you change the furnace filter and light bulbs and the like. Given that it is a house it is not a big deal, but sometimes putting money into a rental isn t the most ideal thing.
Overall renting has been easy and the online portal makes a lot of sense and is easy to navigate. You can get in contact easily and everything I feel should be taken care of is taken care of.

I spoke with Madi over the phone regarding my interest in renting from Realty Works, she was extremely helpful with providing me information on how the application process works. I can see why this company has such positive reviews on here as their employees really seem to be friendly and know their stuff!

As an owner, I love having Jennifer and Matt work with me on my properties. They are extremely trustworthy and excellent stewards of my investments. Jennifer has been a my property manager since 2009, and I have never had any problems. They have a great online accounting system which allows my company to monitor all spending and income for the properties separately. If you need a property manager, I highly recommend REALTYWORKS!

Terrible place, Came to visit and car was towed without any notice. No warning was given out, no signs to let anyone know that car will be towed. No place to park your car at all. if i could give this place negative rating i definitely would do that.

Realty Works has been managing our investment properties for several years and we couldn't be happier. They respond to any questions or concerns that arise and keep our properties rented and at market rents.

We rented a house from them for 2 years. Never had any real issues. Any time there was maintenance things to be fixed, they were tended to in a timely manner. Even when we had some water in our basement on the coldest day of the year, they sent help that night at 11pm to get it fixed. Have no complaints here and was a pleasure renting from them! If we didn't move from Lincoln, we would still be renting from Realty Works!

Realty Works says they will get things done, but they never do. We ve asked them to control an infested bat situation for over 5 months and they ve done nothing. They ve also laughed about the situation over one phone call we ve had with them - completely unprofessional.

Exceptional landlords. I like how you can pay rent online & the maintenance speed. Every time I requested a maintenance someone would come within 72 hours or less.

Terrible service. They were unaware of properties and provided little help with renting. In addition, we had bats in our house for over 5 months because realty works would not respond to constant phone calls as well as would not help us find solutions to the bat problem. Do not work with them.

They took over the property after our landlord passed away and charged us for everything wrong with the place after having no idea what it looked like when we moved in.

Realty works is a great company to rent through. Whenever i have a maintenance problem they come the sameday i put put the request in. Even after hours. Ive never had a problem with the employees or company. Places are nice and affordable. Would highly recommend.

This place is a joke. Waited to hear back on an application I put in for a house for 5 DAYS. Just to check the mail to them sending me a letter of denial. The least you could do is have the decency and respect to call the people you re charging $35 back!

If I could give negative ratings I would for this company basically a bunch of bitter, money hungry people run this place. They DO NOT care about people. They do NOT care about customers. We rented from them and we never will again, and anyone who asks us for a good rental company I ll be sure to tell the to AVOID this place at ALL cost. They are scam artists, you messed with the wrong people reality works. Do yourself a favor and just live in a tent or a nice cardboard box... AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

Never physically checked our property. Constantly had to tell them what needed to be done. Not once did anyone receive quarterly statements. We could go on and on.

Every time I called with a question, Jennifer has always got back to me very quickly. All my expenses have always been very reasonable and any repair has always been performed in very timely fashion. Of all the landlords I ve had they are definitely at the top of my list. Prior to moving in I was having some credit issues and going thru a rough time due to my son getting an illness and despite that they were still willing to give me a chance. I would highly recommend Realty Works on a renting level, some day when I m able to buy a house I will definitely go through them before I go anywhere else!!
