Citizen's Cablevision is the worst cable provider I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the headache of using their services. I've lived in Texas, Alabama, Montana as well as Missouri and I have never had so many problems with a cable tv and internet provider. The internet sucks. It was so bad I couldn't watch Netflix.
I moved and returned their equipment. I called 3 days later (July 5th) to make sure everything had been taken care of. I was assured everything was fine.
But it wasn't. Citizen's took their payment for approx. $169 on the 10th of July. Equipment was returned on the 2nd of July. I'm going back to DirecTv or Dish Network. There is rumor that Spectrum is coming to the area. As a result of $169 coming out of my account that I was assured would not happen, it overdrew my bank account. I was told the auto payment couldn't be stopped. That is a blatant lie. Citizen's just doesn't know how to do it. I worked for 26 years for a major healthcare provider in the business office and dealt with electronic payments on a daily basis. So if you like crappy internet and liars Citizen's is for you!

Grandview and Marshall are only about 20 mins away the fastest Internet speed you can get from citizens is 12Mbps but they are pretty much the only option. I have never received 12Mbps even though I pay now over $150 for it plus a cable package that in any other town or from any other provider would be called basic but it's their mid line.
Good place overall. They have friendly people and a really good tech department.
Please get with the program! I'm sick and tiered of paying for something i'm not pleased with. just today i counted 15 times oops now sixteen times my TV has gone blank, and for what reason i don't know. By the way this has been going on every day since we were forced to go with the cable box. Why should I have to pay for something I was promised, But not getting?!
