Made a phone call to see about delivery options and Gordie told me to come in and check things out. Was greet as I walked in and then shown the refrigerators. He would check cost and stock before making a decision. Found the refrigerator and he made delivery happen the following day due to my refrigerator going out the night before.

Friendly, knowledgeable service with great prices. Very reasonable delivery and pick up of old appliances make AC Carlson the place I will be going from now on.

Family owned business. They replaced a through the wall air conditioner that no one seemed to want to do. They were a referral from the president of the condo association. Price was good, delivered on time and the unit is great. Would use again.

My husband and I just took delivery of a new grill and microwave today. Our experience with AC Carlson was top notch in every way. First, Matt was very informative via text with information about grills. When we stopped in the store to eyeball them, he was extremely helpful - plenty of information and absolutely no hype or pushiness. Luke, the installer, brought Matt along to remove our old grill and install the new, as well as set up the microwave. They were good-natured, efficient and answered all our questions. I now know where we'll go in the future for any and all appliance purchases.

We just purchased a new washer and had it delivered. The price was competitive and the service was outstanding. The delivery was right on time and they hauled away the old unit. In and out in 15 minutes.

I wish I could give a 5 star review because Gordy in sales is just awesome he s knowledgeable and helpful.

The delivery experience was awful. The one installer was incredibly rude but what I m most upset about is that they damaged my house. All they had to do was haul the old washer right out but instead they stopped at the exit door and damaged the trim to my stairway.

AC Carlon was 40 dollars higher than Warner Stellian but I decided to give them a chance because sales was really great but now I paid 40 bucks extra to deal with a crabby and rude installer and to fix and repaint the trim in my house.

On the up side the washer is nice and works but I d hesitate to buy from them again because my house was damaged.

This Spring we did a full Kitchen remodel with all new appliances. From the minute I walked in to A.C Carlson's I felt well taken care of. Dave went above and beyond from explaining all my options and prices to unbelievable service. He treated me like a family member. The prices were competitive with great quality. Words can not even express the magnificent customer service. I am hooked for life. Don't go anywhere else for appliances. You won't regret it. We love our new kitchen!

This will be the only place I will be buying my appliances. Service A+

My husband and I stopped in this store because we were looking for a new fridge. We went in and looked around and not once were we ever greeted or asked if we needed help. I pointed that to husband and he said let's give them a few minutes. We continued to look around and still nothing, so we left and went to a similar store in the area and made a purchase. Good customer service is everything!

I was referred to AC Carlson by a colleague when planning my kitchen remodel. I was on a limited budget, so I needed to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. I browsed the website first to get ideas before actually going to the store and noticed they had a page highlighting promotions. I was able to plan out which appliances I could purchase together to get the highest rebate.

Once I made my way out to the showroom, the sales people were very welcoming and knowledgeable (and not pushy like most can be!). They helped make sure I picked the right appliances to take advantage of my rebate.

Scheduling delivery was a breeze, and when my beautiful new appliances were delivered, the drivers were the perfect blend of professional and friendly!

Highly recommended! Plus, it's always best to shop local :)

Let me start by saying its refreshing to deal with a company that cares! We came to AC after a poor experience with the other chain appliance store in the area. When we got to the store it was busy but Matt wrapped up with the customer he was helping and helped my wife and I. Let me tell you Matt is top notch. Not pushy at all, personable, and asked the right questions to help guide us through the buying process. A day after the appliances were delivered he gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was correct and that we were happy with our purchase. Do yourself a favor and skip the head ache of shopping around, they are competitively priced and have far better customer service than any of the other shops in the area. Bottom line is i will go to AC for all my future appliance needs, and you should too!

A little more expensive than the scratch & dent clearance places, but absolutely worth it. The salesmen here are knowledgeable and readily teach you. I was also impressed with both salesmen from my two visits. Both salesmen were approachable, very proper in manors, and could read body language to know when to walk away and give us space for a while as we discussed whether or not to buy and which one. Lastly, they offered same day delivery and the delivery people were helpful & courteous. :-)

Had ordered a dishwasher from Bestbuy and knew I had to wait. The day came and they postponed, that new day came and they postponed a month. I angrily cancelled my order and searched for what I wanted out there in stock and came across AC Carlson. They had exactly what I wanted, in stock, comparable price. Delivered 2 days later BUT they opened the box before coming in the house and it was DENTED. They called it in, and said they had another in stock and would deliver later. Which they did. Great Service, had what I wanted, paid what I wanted. I can t imagine trying a big box store again. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome. 5 years ago we bought a foreclosed house which had no refrigerator. By chance we stopped in at A. C. and because of the overall atmosphere we ordered a refrigerator which was going to take a few days. Given we had nothing Dave delivered a loaner---who does that??? Now in need of a microwave and for us there is no other option. Thank you!!!!

I called to see if they had a part and the gentleman went out of his way to get me the part number and the place I needed to buy it from. He didn't have to do that since they didn't carry it. Great customer service and nice people to talk to. Thanks!

I bought 4 appliances for my kitchen, Rod the salesman was very nice, and helpful there was no high pressure sales pitch he was knowledgeable about the appliances.
The delivery guys were terrific! They took great care in not scratching my floors and went over basic instructions of my new digital stove and fridge.
They were friendly and professional!
One last thing, I had to call as I am somewhat technically challenged... I spoke with I believe Matt who walked me through how to use my microwave he was very kind and patient! I would highly recommend considering purchasing an appliance at this family owned business!
