My husband and I just took delivery of a new grill and microwave today. Our experience with AC Carlson was top notch in every way. First, Matt was very informative via text with information about grills. When we stopped in the store to eyeball them, he was extremely helpful - plenty of information and absolutely no hype or pushiness. Luke, the installer, brought Matt along to remove our old grill and install the new, as well as set up the microwave. They were good-natured, efficient and answered all our questions. I now know where we'll go in the future for any and all appliance purchases.
