I wish I could give a 5 star review because Gordy in sales is just awesome he s knowledgeable and helpful.

The delivery experience was awful. The one installer was incredibly rude but what I m most upset about is that they damaged my house. All they had to do was haul the old washer right out but instead they stopped at the exit door and damaged the trim to my stairway.

AC Carlon was 40 dollars higher than Warner Stellian but I decided to give them a chance because sales was really great but now I paid 40 bucks extra to deal with a crabby and rude installer and to fix and repaint the trim in my house.

On the up side the washer is nice and works but I d hesitate to buy from them again because my house was damaged.
