The fresh tofu brown sugar pearl soy milk tea is so good! Generous serving of fresh silky tofu that lasted all the way to the bottom, it tasted just like a lovely custard in combination with the brown sugar. Definitely my new favorite.
The peach pineapple punch was not bad but pretty average so give it a miss - the fruity green teas from Chatime are much better. On the plus side it was much less artificial tasting than Utopia's fruity green teas.

The Coconut Mango Icy Crush was the first and only drink I go back for - a smoothie blend of mango and coconut with grapefruit topping, the crystal balls aren't as dense as sago/pearls but rather a hard jelly and they are the best

Just upstairs at Forrest Chase, it's the perfect location for a bubble tea on your drive out of the city. Friendly staff and great service.

Perfect bubble tea - best I've had in Perth with the Red Robe Tofu milk tea. Perfectly balanced, good strong, fine-tasting tea. Silky tofu, good amount. 25% sugar and no ice was perfect.

UPDATE: I ve brought my other family members to try their drinks and I ve managed to claim the promised free tofu bubble tea offered by management. As a whole, we have ordered 2x tofu milk tea and 1x mango yakult.

Personally, the quality of the milk tea is on par with Presotea. But the tofu topping is nothing to brag about.

Can t comment too much on Mango Yakult as I did not try it myself but was told that it s taste artificial and little to no yakult taste. Expect some real fruits taste for how much they charged.

Lastly, I m still let down by their wait time. Took 15 minutes to make 3 drinks and it wasn t that busy either.

Paid for a tofu bubble tea. Waited for about 10minutes and told they have run out of tofu. One of the staff even hold the cup with my name on it with some liquid in it. So I assumed they made it halfway and realised they don t have the tofu.

Offered to change to another drink or refund. Chose refund as I ve no longer in the mood to get one and possibly wait go back to the queue and wait for another 10min.

Don't care much for it the first time, second time has the tofu milk tea, amazing!

Winning with the Boyfriend today, we tried the warm tofu and cold mango Yakult with agar crystals - so good! Sugar level and cup size on point, cheerful service and cute shop front. More expensive than your usual bbt but there's clearly a lot more love in this zero-syrup, 100% tea brew. Definitely coming back to try more flavors I just wish their straws were not individually wrapped in plastic, so one star down for creating avoidable waste.

Drinks are really tasty and the customer service is awesome!! Even if you do not know what to get, you can ask the staff for a recommendation and they will always recommend a drink that taste fantastic.

The tea tastes nice; Just the salted-egg cheese top didn t go well with the peach drink. Will go there again to try other tea drinks.

Such a cute place. Staff were friendly and helpful. The tea I got was the Lychee Bomb green tea and it was amazing! The different other tea options look super interesting too!

Love this place! I used to work at a tea shop and this is the tastiest and healthiest bubble tea I ve ever had. I even asked about the takeaway cups and they are 100% recyclable. Will be back.

Love tofu milk tea so much. And the service attitude of the staff is very very good.

There can be a long wait time for some drinks but most staff recently are very friendly. The tea brewing isn't always great - I've had tea that tastes like water. But overall prices are good and drinks are good value. The milk cap toppings are great, especially the salted egg cap.

I ordered an avocado drink, they seems like put the avocado skin blended as well, it tastes wired and I just threw away after having the half cup. It is the worst avocado drinks I ever drink. And also they do the drinks quite slow as usual.

The one at the cashier didn't say that I had to wait for such a long time to get my order. I had to wait more than 20mins for 1 glass of overrated drink.
And I had to miss my train and bus and late for my next schedule.
You should really employ more people!!
No more next time for me.

I try their drinks twice. Strawberry yakult is my favoriteee. Highly recommend.

The drink was good but I I came for the free pearl topping with every drink promotion they were having on the day I went but they didn't give me them.

Quite pricey compared to other bbt places. I tried their lychee bomb green tea, which was quite good but not really worth it for it's price. I recommend just trying though!

If you want to try different bubble tea experience, try Chaffic. Ala carte bubble tea.

With so many different bubble tea places opening they all there to vary in quality. I tried Chaffic and was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend to people to try. They have a lot of unique flavours and would go back.

I drink a tofu milk tea and there s tea leaf inside...idk it supposed to have tea leaf inside or not but if u supposed to have it inside then I suggest better there s no tea leaf better...btw the milk tea taste good

It's really surprise that can have such signature Chinese tea in perth...no more second choice of bubble tea...Chaffic only...strongly recommend Tofu milk tea and original milk tea...very impressive...

I used to be a regular customer but I don't go anymore since I was denied a loyalty card. While I gave details of my date and month I was not comfortable giving my year of birth as I it was too personal for a bubble tea place to maintain my year of birth and I am not interested in being part of your research on me. So I was denied a card since I wouldn't give the yrar of my birth! Since I used to go regularly I don't any more. Disappointing that they have to have it their way or the high way. It would be good to respect what your customers are comfortable with and not force it on customers to provide information they are not comfortable and may consider too personal. Would I then have to provide my marital status, how many children I have etc? Disappointed!

The most freshness taste of bbt in Perth I have Ever had. Plus they have milk tea with Fresh taro and other Fresh choices which are Much more healthier. Love it so much!

Heard about their new beer series and went down specially to try it. It taste so much like beer that you cant believe it has no alcohol at all. I like the Grape beer the best as i can taste the grape bits inside with every sip. Highly recommended if you wanna try something unique!

The best tea shop, not only you can taste the high quality tea. The price is reasonable for the quantity and quality you get. You will not be disappointed for their exclusive Tofu milk tea. The staff are also very friendly and productive.
