The wine was fine and we didn't end up buying any here. That said - unbelievable views - straight out of a painting - and they serve a good variety of food if you need lunch with your wine.
One of the best vineyards in the area; Familiar, nice, careful attention and many gifts to buy. The best part was the personalized tour they gave us without having previously booked, but they took the trouble to show us the place with joy.

Simply stated, Calcareous serves a variety of very nice, subtle wines and delicious lunches to accompany them, while you immerse yourself in one of the most spectacular views/settings on the Central Coast. Well worth a visit.

$10 tasting for 4 wines. I really enjoyed the Chardonnay 2013 and ended up purchasing it. Getting to this winery was a little tough as it's a little off path and the road is narrow. But very nice when we arrived.
