Unprofessional uncaring unaware.
Despite having good wine the people who work here have alot to learn about appreciating their wine club members and about customer service
They neglected to be discrete when letting me know my card had declined choosing instead to let me know at a conversational volume with other customers present
I own a business and ALWAYS discretely let the person know in hushed tones because this news can be embarrassing. Other issues have been very poorly handled as well.
These guys arent the only game in town although they act like it.
I wont return and will cancel my membership.
