Terrible service! It takes forever - both ordering and serving. Then even the wrong is brought and it has not been full! The cocktails are BAD - no set only VERY much ice cream and 2 liquids mixed that was it ..

The table was permanently wet because no coasters were brought
The waiter spilled the drinks while serving and did not find it necessary to clean this.

Only good is the architecture and the design of this "bar" everything else is not recommended. That's why one star is enough to turn a round and out again.

Is more wanted than skillful - wannabe Chic Bar / Lounge with bad card, bad service and bad atmosphere

Amazing! Beautiful interior with lots of plants and pink. The food is excellent, good quality, I would recommend to start with 2 dishes per person. The macaron dessert is the best thing I have ever eaten, I wish I lived closer! The cocktails are also amazing, I recommend the rose one. The girl working there was super friendly! She also made the delicious cocktails.

Disappointment! Had a great dinner here on Valentine's Day last year. Today it was a disappointment. Many staff, but only one person who took the orders. The time the drink arrived and the time the menus finally arrived was too long. Girlfriend noticed that there was still a lip (pen) on the wine glass, but because I was thirsty I drank on the other side of the glass. Only later did more staff arrive. The 'shared dining' was fine, only the last bowl of nachos was very brown in color. Next year eat elsewhere ....

Concept, food, atmosphere and some waitresses are really great (our 'main' waitress earned all the credits). Pricey but you certainly get something in return. 4 stars because a few other waitresses showed some strange behavior. Sometimes reacted somewhat grumpy for no apparent reason.

High wine had, even though there is on the internet that there is a choice of many wines and this was not so. The wine was nice.
You do not get many special snacks, one board with cheese, ham and two sandwiches.

Totally not met the expectation.

Delicious cocktails with tasty snacks for there. And it is still sunny on the terrace for a long time.

Had a high tea with 11 women of which 4 are pregnant. Unfortunately, several sandwiches were not edible for the pregnant women. This indicated twice to was not affected much. Unlimited tea while this is only replenished twice. Have to arrange yourself again at the bar. Finally sat at the table for 3.5 hours and did not eat enough. We would not come back here again. The case looks nice but the floor is very sticky and the bar is also sticking. Time for a good cleaning?

Delicious food, very friendly staff and the wall painting is worth a visit alone! In the evening there is a nice music to dance with.

Great atmosphere. Love the murals. Safe distance seating. Mention if you want your cocktail less sweet! Yum!

Medley of musics from everywhere and all styles which makes your experience a bit frustrating if you re coming for the DJ (though he s quite good at mixing and transitions). The place is very nicely designed. The crowd is... Stratumseind ;-)

You do not always pay attention as soon as you are out, but they have really beautifully restored. Because of the many light colors and the high ceiling, it is also a good pub for when you are claustrophobic quickly, because you don't have that at all with the Thomas.

Nice tent, but more for people in their twenties :-)

Nice place to take photo's.
Two occupied tables and even then the service was slow. Took 15 minutes for a small cup of expresso and a glas of wine. The china was dirty and the glass of wine was all wet and the amount of wine is a rip off. We recieved a new order of expresso, that was very kind. We saw food left overs on the floor. We saw other people wait quit some time to recieve their food. Details and details take care of that and this place can be even better.

Expensive beer (2.20 for a poorly tapped vase) and a distinct atmosphere that does not really appeal to me

Good food, good value, but poor service. It took a long time before we were helped and only twice were asked if we wanted something to drink. Food also took a long time.

Been in Thomas. What a beautiful location to go out for an evening. Enough lockers available and nice seats. Only downside is that we had to wait very long at the bar before we were helped.

Nice concept of new card. Quite higher in price than menu. Unfortunately not communicated on the website. Three snacks per person is advised but is on the tight side, so the total price is on the high side for the delivered. Ambiance is great. Nice thing.

Misleading card. Is in small print that you must order at least 200 grams of a certain type of meat.

One poor attitude older waiter. Each and every courses made us waiting for an freaking hour so til the end we've been there for almost 3 hours for 3 courses. They forgot our drinks twice which made me walk to the bar and beg for it. In the end they have 4 drinks taken out of the bill but it wasn't worth coming for dinner. It's a waste of 3 hours of my life. I ordered pasta. Please don't make the same mistake I made.

After a rainy day of liberation ends up here with 8 men + kids. Had a super afternoon with great food and cocktails and Luca. Seriously, I have never seen anyone in the ministry who gave our 3 children such a great afternoon. I never write reviews, but I climbed the pen for this topper. Thank you Luca!

Another iconic building with an pretty extravagant decor. Not everyone will like it, but everyone will be intrigued by it. Plus nice food, good service and drinks.

Nice location but bad service. We waited 15 minutes to get served although we raised our hands when staff passed by around 5 times. The cafe was almost empty at that time. Ladies next to us ordered three drinks and got only one after 15 minutes and got the other two 10 minutes later after reminding staff of their order

For a Friday evening I expected it to be busier, cocktails were tasty.

Tasty cocktails alone this has been the last time.
I as a white man could entertain me well there but someone with a tan can not show themselves there better because they will bully the tent there if you are not white ....

Lunch very much against. Caesar salad consisted of lettuce with 1 hard-boiled (cold) egg, krotons and ready-to-eat dressing, cheese was not fresh and 2 small pieces of anchovies. No chicken !!
So actually it was lettuce with a hard boiled egg for 14, -!
In the settlement indicate that there was nothing chicken in the salad. Nothing was done with this.

Looks great, plenty good music, enjoy my time there

The "Silent Disco" concept is brilliant! Enormously amused while we were all listening to something else. Awesome!

Tasty and not that expensive for lunch, though very slow service, even when there are only around 3 tables occupied.

Together with a friend last Saturday had high tea. Unfortunately, the remark that my girlfriend is pregnant did not come through, but that was well resolved.
The business has been considerably refurbished and nicely decorated after the renovation.
You do not get an original high tea at the Thomas. At the scones was only jam and the sweets consisted of three donuts per person and two macarons, so little variation. We were sorry that we did not have our own teapot and so were dependent on the service to get a new cup of tea. Perhaps that was conscious, because our tea box was continuously borrowed for other tables.
All in all it was a bit disappointing.

Fancy tent! Good service and atmosphere! The prices and quantity are just not about anything. 2.80 for 2 sips of lager, but that is the only thing wrong with this top tent at a top location

On the Stratumseind is the beautiful (most beautiful?), Stately building Thomas, with a spacious terrace in front of the door.
Once inside, the open kitchen and giant (cocktail) bar are central.
The interior is warm and cozy, the high ceiling and the artwork on the high walls make it complete> you will not get bored.
At the back of the store there is a stage where you can sit and have a nice view.
We have sat at the bar, where you can see the skilled and hospitable bartender at work while you enjoy the food.
In addition to the extensive cocktail menu, they also make a delicious cocktail upon personal request.
The menu is filled with street food dishes from the Caribbean, Latin and Asian cuisine.
Tried different dishes that you can share with your table companion.
The dishes are nicely served and are a feast for the eyes.
The flavors of the dishes are well balanced and pleasant. Recommendations on the menu: Caribbean shrimp curry, ceviche of sea bass temp, tempura taco delight and the Flaming duck asian style! Price quality is fine!
Wine list offers sufficient choice also by the glass.
Service is welcoming and helpful with the choice of dishes.
Absolute must if you want to enjoy delicious dishes at an excellent price in a beautiful setting!
Edit: enjoyed a delicious, extensive High Tea and also saw that they have a High Wine that you can order.

Very nice building, but the High Cocktail was disappointing. The cocktails themselves are tasty, but for 35 euros you expect a little more than three cocktails with only two mini dishes.

You expect at least that every cocktail is served with a dish, (certainly with cocktails that contain a lot of alcohol, we felt it alike), but this was not the case with the last cocktail and it was immediately after the second cocktail we asked if we wanted to order something else. Quite apart, because it is already assumed that you yourself ordered something with your third cocktail.

Furthermore, you also get no explanation about the cocktails and dishes, just the name. It would be nice if you got some information about why the dish would go well with the cocktail or at least what exactly is in it.

We went out hungry and then went to the snack bar ..

Had a nice evening with Thomas. The former Thomas has been totally converted into a Lounge / Lunch / Diner Bar. Very trendy and of this time. We have taken place on the terrace. Beautifully cared for and tastefully decorated, both inside and outside. The service very friendly and helpful. They have a nice not too extensive Lunch and Dinner card. We chose the Bisque / Lobster soup. Good taste. Filled with a gamba and Vongole. Unfortunately no lobster? Not too lavish but sufficient. Then opted for Ribeye and FlatIron Steak. This is served on a plate. So Share Dining. Well look at how this is described on the map. It is 9 Euro per 100 grams. And order at least 200 grams. We thought we would get 100 grams but each got 200 grams. That is a bit confusing. We chose a white and red wine with our dishes. And they certainly have beautiful wines on the menu.
We will definitely come back for this. And also to try the lunch.

Incredibly beautiful decor, colorful and very special. I personally find too much rice and too few other ingredients in the pokebowls. (In the shrimp curry, there were exactly 2 shrimps!)
Other dishes were super tasty in taste. The watermelon salad: a must!
Tip: put spoons in the cutlery tray if you say your dishes are "to share". Now we had to ask for it. Furthermore, definitely a place to try and to go back.

Very pleasant atmosphere, but the kitchen was not impressed. We were at dinner, maybe in the evening everything is fresher.

Nice case and cozy terrace. Service very nice, but now to scold the service on a full terrace !! Not charming and certainly not professional.

Fantastic location for a drink, the new layout is really entertainment in itself, you can watch the painted walls all evening and see new things every time. Good cocktails too, but especially the dinner was great, many dishes come from the green egg, I love it.
