It is a beautiful hotel. Pictures don't do it justice. My deluxe king room was very spacious. It was on the 23rd floor. There were amazing views of the city and the river. You must be prepared to walk a lot. It is huge. We had dinner at the buffet. There was a huge selection to choose from. Asian, pasta, prime rib and ham, salad bar to name a few. If you like desserts the buffet won't disappoint. The staff throughout the complex was friendly and courteous. I felt very special staying there.

Awesome staff, beautiful rooms, great location, free parking and valet service for hotel guests!
You really feel like you re in a different city. The concert line up is always cool, getting a bunch of different singers to comedians to entertainers!
Complimentary water is always a nice touch as well ;)

We were in Windsor to attend a funeral. There are not many new hotels in town. We chose Caesars. The staff were what I have come to expect from the Wyn resorts. Good clean rooms. Great beds and pillows. Fantastic restaurants and facilities like pool, gym and spa.

This is not as over the top as Caesar s Vegas, but it s top notch.

Called and said needed two rooms and in same area
Got placed in different towers, that was adjusted but not rooms I booked. Called asked what exchange rate was I was told 1.31 got here was 1.27. Not very knowledgeable staff and Windsor is sort of run down. Sad for a Caesar property as I am a platinum member

I go here probably more than I should. But it's a very nice casino. Loads of table game options..with very reasonable limits.. especially on slower days. One of the only places I've been to with $5 craps and 3 card poker. They also have good dining options within the casino. I have been to a concert here as well, and thoroughly enjoyed that too.

This place is beautiful.....and huge. Comfortable footwear is a must. Rooms were very nice as were the suites. Didn't get to the pool but it looked great. The gym I found to be too warm. Some fans or cooler air would be a great idea. Weights room is very small. Valet service was very handy and quick. A mini fridge in the rooms would come in handy. Portions at restaurant's were large and late night leftovers would have been nice. Buffet is fabulous. Good luck!

They have solved their check in issues, easy as pie now with free valet. Clean. Roomy. Very awesome staff. Variety of restaurants in the casino and room service. Beautiful rooms and lobbies. The best part is everything is smoke free. I've rarely encountered so manyfriendly ppl. This entire trip was a joy full of fun.

This past weekend I got married at Caesar Windsor, in their beautiful Augustus 27 hall. Everything was impeccable. The staff made sure not one detail was missed, my porter, (Julie) and event coordinator (Megan and Sue) were accommodating and took care of whatever I needed, large or small. My guests raved that the food was amazing, that the hall was beautiful and that they were well cared for by waitstaff. My special day was flawless and I was treated like a princess. Anything I needed was provided for me. Weddings are multi-faceted and I feel all the staff including concierge, waitstaff, valet, coordinators, and even housekeeping were wonderful in making my day perfect. My room was beautiful and the view was like no other. If you are considering getting married at Caesar Windsor, you can look forward to a seamless wedding!

I've always loved it here. Coming as a child with my siblings ordering room service while my parents were gambling. Running around the casino. The rooms are huge and the beds are comfy. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The food is yummy. It's a beautiful place to look at on the inside.

They just added a big wheel, favourite game from Vegas.

From shows to conventions, there is a lot of fun stuff out of the normal. There are lots of unique adventures to be had.

On the more normal side, drinks are great, pretty cheap comparably. Lots of fun to be had at every corner.

Hotel rooms are really nice. Absolutely no complaints.

I have had a few birthday parties here, never a bad time!

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and always had a wonderful experience. Guestrooms are spacious, with beautiful views of the riverfront and Detroit. A great venue for concerts and shows. Really fun casino with a variety of slot machines and table games. Great restaurant options. Stunning lobby. Free parking. Reasonable guestroom rates.

Beautifully structured, lots of gaming areas. Restaurants to check out, of course a bit expensive as expected ,but the ambience and the atmosphere inside feels one is in a different world entirely. Worth visiting, especially if someone likes slots or black jack, etc.

We travelled to Cesar s Windsor by train from Toronto for a family birthday party. When we got there at 4:45, our 2 rooms were not ready. We couldn t believe it. We booked 2 months in advance. We asked for a discount and the person was not even authorized to give it and had to go find a supervisor who said we could have a $40 food credit. We finally got our room at 5:40 and had only a few minutes to get ready for the party. The Nero s restaurant was very good. We gambled and saw a band. The rooms were nice and the beds are comfy but there was not even 1 bottle of water in the room, so odd. We won t be back though, as we will go to Niagara Falls which is closer and more organized.

Way overpriced for everything
Including buffet 60 $ for two
Slots are a rip-off
Nobody here no customers
More security guards then customers
Extremely leftest mentality
By the way there using the new upgrade facial recognition system
The same one privacy groups are complaining about
So if you have anything in your past ,they will bust you on the spot
And yes there is a jail cells downstairs
Don t go there you cannot win anyways
They should be shut down now because of the virus
Management should be in the soup line soon

Valet, check in, and rooms were fantastic! Lots of gaming options! Had a fabulous dining experience at Neros! Downfalls were the rewards desk service, bar staff, and other small food options in the hotel. Very slow and long lines. Understaffed! Took almost an hour to get a rewards card, exchange money, and get our first drink. Big buzz kill.

My husband and I came to see City and Colour and we stayed at the Caesars hotel for the night. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. One of the staff in particular, I wish I got her name, I would like to say a huge thank you to because both my husband and I are vegan and we're struggling to find anything to eat on site. She suggested an amazing restaurant down the road. Our experience was really great over all, the room was lovely, the casino was exciting, the concert hall was great! Just wish there were more vegan options on site.

Love this place! Beautiful Casino, amazing hotel and the staff are always A+. Gambling might seem taboo to some but if you go with a limit and realistic expectations of what you can win and lose than it's a great place to let loose and have fun as an adult. The hotel rooms I've stayed in have always been clean and the perks that you get for playing at this property are the best I've found in the gaming industry. All the staff are beyond professional and kind, over my many visits I can honestly say I've not had a negative interaction with a staff member. If I may be so bold as to make one recommendation, the menu at legends restaurants and the buffet options could definitely use some fresh eyes or inspiration to mix it up. I'm looking forward to getting back once the hotels re-open.

Casino is loosing life for the younger crowd. It could defiantly use something to bring you get generation in. The band playing on Saturday at Cosmos was good but really not appealing for younger people. I played black jack and lost but overall it was an okay experience. Nothing special.

Great hotel room, very happy with it and the staff. Don t expect to eat breakfast here though, restaurants are all understaffed and you will have a very long wait. We stayed on a Tuesday evening and had to actually leave the hotel to get breakfast because we couldn t get served.

Where do I begin? We have stayed here before but this time had several disappointments. when we first met the reservations the people taking the reservations were absolutely amazing. I had told them that we were spending our anniversary there and requested a room with a view of the river. This room was actually confirmed by two separate reservation specialists. We were told that we would be in one of the newly renovated rooms in the Forum tower, for sure. We had decided to add an extra day to our stay, coming in a day earlier. Since it was a busy period for the hotel we had to take another room for the first night and then move to a second room for the rest of our stay. The reservation specialists assured us the new room was two doors down and then it would not be an issue to change. So here comes the disappointing parts- when we checked in we had an old room which was absolutely not up to the standards we would have expected. The wood on the dresser was chipping, the wallpaper was peeling, crumbs on the floor and so on. I called down to the front desk when we arrived and ask to speak with a manager. It took over an hour to have the concern of the room issue to be addressed. The manager was very nice. She said that we would be moving rooms that following day and as soon as she comes in around noon we were the first of her priority to have us change to the newly renovated room that we were originally going to have. Two o'clock the next day we were still waiting for a call, hanging around in our room. I finally called the manager and asked what was going on, she advised that she had gotten pulled into a meeting and she would take care of it immediately. After another hour or so we were finally told that we would be changing rooms. So we had to pack everything up wait for the bellhop and move to a different floor, and resettle again into a room. So after a wasted day and a half of being in an old room, waiting for the problem to be solved, packing and unpacking we were finally ready to settle down and relax. The new rooms were beautiful and the beds for absolutely perfect, the view perfect as well. We had opted most days to not have the room cleaned as part of the conservation process. One of the days we did ask for a room to be cleaned, we specifically called as well as followed with the door hang tags. After coming back several hours later the room was still not cleaned. I called housekeeping and informed them of this. She said that nobody ever called, which was completely not true because I spoke with a person that said somebody would be up. So then we waited around a couple more hours for somebody to come and clean the room. Also during this day, normally we have always had robes that were provided by the facility so that we could go to the pool. I called and asked for some robes since there were not any. We eventually got tired of these robes never appearing so we went to the pool. The next day I called for the robes again. There were two of us in the room, we received one robe. It was disappointing to have all of these things occur considering it's supposed to be the best hotel in Windsor. On the plus side the majority of the staff were extremely friendly and we carried on some good conversations with them. I only hope that if the next time we decide to come back it ends up being a much smoother, better experience.

The hotel neglected to mention that there was construction going on on the two floors above our room. When I called the front desk they let us know but said it should only be going on from 10am to 7pm. Unfortunately they started at 8am. The next morning I heard them start setting up at 7:17am. I think there should have been an offer to move our room or some kind of comp. They shouldn't have put anyone in the room without notification of construction.

Perfect location along the Detroit river. Easy to walk around from this location. It's nice staying at the hotel for concerts, playing the slots. Many restaurants to choose from within the hotel. The amenities are free WiFi, there is a Gym, Sauna, Pool and a Spa. Beverage on demand while playing in the Casino. Nice layout in the room, very spacious. There is a tub and a shower stall. In room mini fridge, and coffee maker.
