Glad I did'nt buy a single thing from this" company".I only 'phoned them up to tell them I thought their website was rubbish because.......... and the woman interrupted me to say and I quote"GLAD YOU LIKE THE WEBSITE NOW GO AND BUY YOUR STUFF ELSE WHERE! And then she put the 'phone down. OK so if something I'd bought had broken and I wanted my money back I wonder what their response would be, mmmm.Please note I have only left reviews on the internet three or four times about any company(and not only bad reviews)

never in my life have i had such bad service on the phone, i got a cant be bothered attitude and laughed at when i asked to speak to the owner. Id recommend you go ells were because if this is the service i got just asking advice id hate to think what they would do if you have a problem.

Phoned ahead to check it would be convenient as Easter Monday. Great service, I have an older sports bike built before sat navs and smartphones would be expected. They went through all the options with me showing exactly how they would work on my bike eventually providing an elegant solution that also was one of the least expensive. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Wrong parts sent and returned as instructed but no refund even though their staff acknowledged receipt.
