Best place in the world a good shopping experience

Went to buy some flooring and was being neglected by a lady at the special order desk. I used to shop Maddington facility for Years with wonderful staff support and this experience at Belmont is shocking.

The Bunnings staff were so helpful it made my experience a great one

One of the bigger Bunnings in the Perth region with all the Bunnings goodies expected of the large stores. I saw shoplifters in the store, and when reporting it, the staff already knew as they were regular thieves, but they were advised be store management on duty to let them go. It wasnt because they were aggressive (I'll leave the comment as that). The front end staff were appalled to let people out of the store knowingly that were taking goods. To the point I could've walked up to the thieves and asked for them to steal me a Gerni and pay them $50 in the car park, as that's what happened in store. That's why I reported them. I'm horrified to be a WES shareholder after seeing this today. The front end staff were excellent, not supported by management.

Dogs for some unexplained reason are allowed in Bunnings stores. Witnessed today dog actually peeing in the garden section. Very unhygienic.

Guy didn t even listen what I was looking for and he said no to me face and walked away

First visit and not atypical to any other Bunnings - massive store - reasonably friendly amd helpful staff, plenty of parking .... and a sausage sizzle... (left my drone at home)

Love this store, great staff that always are busy but able and willing to help.

The customer service was on point and very helpful. I was well guided and the prices were more reasonable than I thought!

Good place for all of your garden needs and hardware.

Great little cafe here, do keep an eye on the kiddies as its a big one and we helped one who got lost at the kids playground in here..

Good Bunnings! Staff are always friendly. Pity Peter who manned the trade drive in door moved on - he was a top bloke and always loved a chat! Replaced with a rude grumpy old fluff

It s a beautiful Bunnings. My very fav one. Has everything you need and an extensive gardening plants section.

Nice shop, move things around to much, if you are a regular shopper it is a pain

I have visited more than 10 Bunnings warehouse stores in WA. Sad to say Belmont has the the least helpful and least friendly staff of all the Bunnings I have visited.

I thought I'd died and gone to the Garden of EDEN. My first visit ti Bunnings and I was amazed at the variety and the low prices. I will certainly go back.

A big warehouse full of hardware just like every other Bunnings.

My 65year old mother asked 3 times for help to get some insulation down. She waited an hour then had to leave the shop to come and get me to help her, I then asked for assistance too and half an hour later realised it just wasn't coming. Together we were able to wrangle the 18kg bag down from the top shelf. When we informed the guy he clearly didnt care, not his problem really but I thought Bunnings were better than this.

Hey it's Bunnings opening hours & range is what keeps us coming back. This store isn't the biggest around but still seems to have most things in their range.

Lady who helped us she is awesome .. happy to please the customer..

I would like to thank Isabelle from the returns and information desk. Twice I have gone back to bunnings and she made my return so much easier. All I wanted was my keys to be cut again, for it was cut incorrectly the day before. Instead I was told I needed something else, which ended up not working at the house to help the key work. So returning and seeing Isabelle, she pointed out that the key that was cut was so different to what it was suppose to be. I pointed this out to the gentleman that was there before but was told to get something else.
So biggest thank you Isabelle. From now on If I was to ever come with my family, I will let them know to look out for you.

For you to take your time in making sure my key was cut correctly, and refunded my money for the other product that was advised by your fellow colleague, truly goes a long way for me. You had at least 5 people waiting at the desk, but this truly is what customer service is to me. So thank you again.

If you are new to this warehouse it's a task to find helping staff.

As usual Bunnings had all supplies needed plus a great Sausage Sizzle!

It always has what I need, great prices and helpful staff (when you can find them). Sausages on the weekend is for the win.

Absolutely disappointed with my first time visiting Bunnings in Belmont, would give zero stars if i could. While im sure this store has some good staff, that was not my experience today. As my partner and i were stepping foot in the store entrance around 3.25pm, despite us saying a friendly hi to the elderly lady who was a front greeting staff, only to be rudely greeted with an arrogant loud YUP. Customers before us were enthusiastically greeted however when it came to us it was evident we were treated differently. Sad

Great store with helpful and friendly staff. They always know exactly where to find the items i am looking for and always a knowledgable team member to answer or offer advice for my projects.

The store is clean and well kept. Love browsing for diy ideas here.

Always plenty of parking spaces.

There is a very helpful man in the Paint department and another very helpful man in the Tools department. Bunnings should feel such value in staff members like these Thank you

Quite a large range. Expect a long wait in paint section.

I often come for the sausage, but the selection inside is pretty good.
