Buchanan Logistics

Good broker. But! If you do not use aPC with Windows OS you would not use electronic paperwork. The soft they use does not work with iOS.

Really enjoy working with Buchanan Logistics, enjoy a lot working with our Rep Brandon Wingard, been working with him for a long time, always gets back to us within minutes on any loads or even any minor load issues, very helpful also, recommend using Buchanan Logistics!

We at MCI Express have worked with Buchanan Hauling & Rigging for a many years. We always get premium rate from our Outstanding broker Nick Gebhard. And Buchanan Hauling & Rigging pays all invoices on time every time. TOP 5 brokers to work with!!

Great company to work with! Very professional and honest!
Steve Wright thank you for all your help, kindness and patience. It is a pleasure working with you!

best company to work with
Steve Wright thank u for being such a professional and helpfull.

Steve is the best guy from Buchanan, always gives the best deals and he is responsible and easy on . Love working with him <3

We did work previously, nothing special, but it was a good from both sides. Recently, they have started to be BS. And, to avoid future problems , I have opted out and asked them to remove us from any list.
They think they can screw small carriers, and it does not work for us, might for others! Among them jerk is Chad Lyst ( if someone wants name ).

this company my first choice
Steve Wright my first call

Griffin Feichter is a pleasure to work with! Great communication and service

Buchanan has been a great company to work with. Steven Wright always has done a fantastic job for us. thank u

Highly reliable freight brokerage company. We have been working with Griffin Feichter for over a year now. Not a single issue, excellent communication. Absolutely recommend working with Buchanan Logistics.

Awesome company to work for. We provide hauling and rigging services across all of North America for any and all size shipments of freight.

Buchanan Logistics is a great Logistics company. They are reliable and have excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

I have booked a load from KY to TX.. Bryan Shuler...
In TX my driver has waited well over 9 hrs to unload...

I have called Bryan, informed him about the situation before hits 3rd hr of waiting.. He just mention that he will call and see..

Never did he called anybody, nor me to inform me about it..
He didn't pay enough for my driver to sit over 9hrs at shipping..
and he is not paying enough for detention ether..

This guy doesn't care about drivers, and their time..

I have worked with Dan Louraine (f/sd broker) for several years. He is great! Not only is he easy to work with but has gotten us out of some tight spots. Thanks for all your help Dan!

From my experiences im 99% happy with the way Buchanan does business, ive been working with Griffin Feichter for nearly 3yrs and he has always tried his best to accommodate me personally and us as a business even going so far as to find loads for friends in a bad area, and answering my calls even at his bachelor party, in my book thats saying something for him as a person and as a business associate. I wish there were more brokers like him.

One of the best company I work with, there are ton of guys that will take care of you, Steven Wright is one of the best, that guy is always fair and goes to the length to help and accommodate us, I would gladly recommend using Buchanan Logistics, we use them daily.

One of the best brokers in the game! We have been working with them since day one, easy to work with and always have good/fair paying loads. Thank you Steve Wright for all you do for us. Highly recommend this broker to any carrier around the US.

Great company to work with !! Eric Russell is top notch from start to finish !!
if you not loading for this company you should be !

Good company. been working with them couple years.
Thanks to all team and Steve Wright !!!

This company is a scammer, I was in Port Allen for 14 hours waiting to be loaded and did not want to pay a penny of layover

Always enjoy working with Buchanan Logistics, working a lot with our Rep
Steven Wright.

Dale Gossett's Customer Service is unmatched. Excellent service and communication. When I book a load with Dale and Buchanan, I know I am in great hands. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We use Buchanan Logistics to broker many of our loads and Trevor has done a fantastic job of helping line our trucks up with freight. Buchanan has been a great company to partner with.

Working with customer rep Brandon Wingard for couple of years and its always pleasure to do business with them .

Send me to pickup load at 6 pm, but it comes up that the appointment is for 9 pm.

Our company works with Erik Russell. He is awesome! He knows the lanes we run and works hard to coordinate loads for us. He goes out of his way to make everything easy. He and Buchanan Logistics are highly recommended.

Never have a problem till booked load with Erik Russell. Being rude on the phone, showing complete non-professionalism, get around this guy might be in trouble.

I have dealt with David Molina from Buchanan Hauling & rigging. He has been terrific to work with. It's nice when you can have a comfort level with a broker. Kudos to him for his dedication and prompt responses to any questions.
