BTC Broadband customer service is really amazing. I never have a problem with my internet service and they are very easy to get ahold of and report problems. Their billing is super simple and easy. It's just all around been such a great service provider, I couldn't be more happy with my wifi!

BTC provides great quality fiber optic internet at a fair price. They have always provided great technical support, and also sent repairmen promptly when needed. You cannot ask for much more than that in this day and age.
I've been a BTC customer for 3-4 years and they provide the best internet/wifi service I've ever had. And I've used other providers. I have never had a problem in all these years. My landline service is the same quality. And the cost is reasonable as well. They are the best!!
We had BTC internet installed at my Mom's house. They showed up on time (actually a little early) which was a pleasant surprise. The service tech was friendly and got us hooked up pretty quick. I would highly recommend BTC to any of my friends and neighbors!!
