Service lacks consistency and support is often unresponsive.

Was locked into contract with this nightmare of a company for over 3 years. They require too much to go through their support channel for basic tasks. Need to add a user to your "response group"? No problem, write an email to support and wait 48 hours. Not only do you have to wait a long time for a response to a simple task, speaking to them are like speaking to deer in headlights. These "first line" support reps are the most incompetent staff. You wonder if they even know their own name. Once you begin getting higher up, these guys are much more knowledgeable. There were a few good experiences with these higher tiered support techs and some of them do their job very well. But to get to them.. have fun. The fun doesn't end there, support is not the only issue. Many billing issues have occurred over the years, some never fully resolved. Can never question the legitimacy of a charge as you are worried these guys are going to pull the plug on your phones if they are having a bad day. The rates mysteriously changed after signing the original contract and our bill was several hundred dollars a month more in unknown charges after they went through several "mergers" and "change of billing systems". They refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing and refuse to credit any bills. Actually, when you question them about these charges, you're lucky to even get a response. I never write reviews, I am not that person. I'm a small business owner who promotes other small businesses. But.. I don't want even my worst enemy to get locked in with these guys. Probably the worst and most unprofessional organization I've dealt with in my life. Let this serve as a PSA. Stay away from this company. I switched away from them a few months ago and never looked back. No more downtime, no more surprise bills, and no more headaches.
