The process for entry is different from most museums, you either have to reserve free timed tickets at least a week before your visit or wait in a standby line for what averages to about an hour. It is an interesting line to stand in though, you are up against the ed...

The employees are really friendly and the pieces are interesting.

If you want to see the Yayoi kusama exhibit you have to register and most likely wait in line. It s a 45 sec...

Only highlight from the museum was the balloon animal artwork. Also don't expect a text message for the infinity room. We queued up at 9:30am and checked in for the infinity room around 10:15am. They said it would be a 45min wait. We didn't get a text and it was 60mins. We walked back downstairs and...

The Broad is a fantastic contemporary museum that is free to get into. You only need to pay for parking. Parking at the Broad is $12 when you get the ticket validated at the museum, however it only works if you leave the parking garage within 3 hours. This is tough to do if you have to wait in li...

Your parking pay stations don't work. Had validation. It was well within the time limit, had not expired. Still paid $25. Parking lot staff in general was incredibly rude both before and after the $25 incident. Broad itself is great. Your parking service and staffing need a massive overhaul.

Surprised to see some of my favourite pieces from Mori in Tokyo and Pompidou in Paris. Lucky Americans have the...
