When having dinner before our show the waitress had a bad attitude and our bill was wrong three times and we had to prove we did not drink two bottles of wine. The leg room when sitting in the theatre is very restricted. I am five foot six and struggled let alone anyone taller. Made it really unco...

I love this theatre. I have only been here once and I cannot wait to go there again. The architecture is incredible. The theatre itself is gorgeous. Slight problem with pillars being in the way but unavoidable given the age of the theatre. Parking was good for me because they have disabled parking o...

We then decided to stay for some food once the kitchen opened at 5pm and we were not disappointed! Our servers Aidan and Tigan were very helpfu...

I have just watched Richard III. Excellent performances by all cast. Tom Mathersdale was very funny, moving but also sad and terryfying as Richard. Loved the use of the mirrors and other special effects. Theatre itself is very beautiful and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Overated. It may be an old and well loved theatre but should only be judged on present performance. Actual theatre was refurbished but retains some very poor sight lines. New foyer is loud and confused despite winning architecture awards. Productions vary. I go in hope but am often underwhelmed.

The auditorium feels intimate and is wrapped round 3 sides, old 'music hall' style, giving great sightlines from all seats. The foyer bar/ restaurant is a cleverly designed modern space that tells the story of the the...
