Gives you a feel of a royal palace upon entry. As you go further in and take the stairs to the first floor, the look changes to getting in a palatial villa. Very unorthodox but refreshing for a corporate office.

I have been to BPTP office recently. office is at a nice location and is well managed. the sales and marketing guys are very knowledgeable and professional. BPTP have projects across NCR with major focus on Faridabad and Gurgaon.
I recently invested in BPTP Amstoria and i am satisfied with my decision of going with BPTP.

Worst Builder in India........ Should get Blacklisted

One thing which i liked about BPTP other than their projects is their CRM team. they are queite friendly and professional. My experience with them was quite good, they not only explained me each and everything in detail but also cleared all my doubts in a positive way.

Booked Flat in 2010. Still waiting for possession. After implementation of RERA, it may getter for new projects but old projects like us BPTP has made our life miserable.

Employees are full of attitude...no manners how to deal with customers. They make customer wait for 4-5 hours simply..they don't attend any queries properly.

Invested in BPTP Amstoria recently. happy and satisfied investing in BPTP project.

The rating is for the place and building and not the builder. This place doesn't have lift so people having trouble climbing stairs should avoid.

BPTP's currently running project Pride is a nice property. The apartments are spacious, well-ventilated and with modern amenities, the township has 6 beautiful parks and nice greenery all around. Can be considered if finding property in Greater Faridabad.

Great customer services and staff members are very helpful too, And the best thing is they are truthful and honest with their customers. Highly recommended!

Based on my research and experience i can say that BPTP is one of the best builder in Delhi NCR. Before investing in my dream home i did a lot of research on builders and projects in faridabad and i found that BPTP is the best among all. They have transformed Faridabad completely. The project developed by them are completely world class.

Came to know about this real estate company during my search for a 2 BHK flats in Faridabad location. Visited its Park Elite project - a premium residential project of BPTP to see a Front facing 3 BHK flats in Faridabad. Amenities and space on offer is good one to buy. A recommendable real estate company for home buyers in Delhi NCR locality.

It took 10 years 4 months to give me possession while timeline was 30 months

I had a very good experience dealing with BPTP. I visited Bptp spacio project office with my husband, the whole project including sales office and the developed area was so beautiful that we liked it in our 1st visit itself. it was one of a kind experience, everything was so perfect. even the amenities offered by builder is the one which every homebuyer dream off.
The sales team was also quite professional, they were very polite and friendly. they explained everything about the project and the location in detail.
we are very soon going to invest on the same project. Thanks.

Very unprofessional builder with zero commitment. I'm waiting for my flat from last 7 years. Still do not have any hopes to get it soon. Feeling badly trapped with BPTP.

Mr. M.Q. khan, he is a pathetic person in bptp office very unprofessional, roude and unsensible. he is just like pagal. many times I visited in BPTP CP, staff is very unprofessional you have to wait long hours and that they will ask you come again. I went for transfer formality 1 of my faridabad plot. but they ask me come there 4,5 time with no reason when I reached there they directly refused that they are asking me to come there. kisi ko knowledge hi nhi hai koi clear policy btata hi nhi bas chakar katwate h. very bad experience.

It was good place. The office is very cool and employees are humble and very supportive.

I see a lot of fake reviews bought by BPTP. BPTP is Number 1 Fraud builder who has cheated 1000s of buyers. Most of their projects are undelivered from over 10+ Years. They have been cheating customers. They took over 95% of payments and customers like us are paying EMI + RENT and the project is still under construction. It was supposed to be delivered in 2014 and still not delivered till 2020. What else can prove the reliability of such builder. BPTP and Kabul Chawla both are fraud and have been cheating customers from a long time.

I am surprised to view the rating given as 5 star, how they are playing with the home dreamer. I respectfully request you all to quote the name of project. I had booked flat in discovery park sector 81 in 2011 and not been able to get it. Some of the members got flat in 2020 and the company is not able to registerd their property. An honest suggestion, the review seems to be fake. Do not be fool

Worst experience of life Spacio 37 d . Paying EMI and rent since 6 years . Zero commitment .pl don't buy at all . Seriously irresponsible people . No dates of possession still . Bloody cheaters top to bottom. They are least bothered about customers and now planning for fraud escalation charges .

The city is well developing in terms of real estate and all the credit for that goes to BPTP Ltd. They have changed the figuration of Faridabad and have made many developments in the town with Affordable Luxury

BPTP limited is no doubt the best real estate developer in Delhi NCR. From construction quality to amenities offered by builder, they are just too good in everything.

Satisfied with the team of BPTP. They are very professional in terms of knowledge and customer handling.

BPTP is such a bad company with so many unprofessional staffs. They have hardly any respect for their clients. High level of fraudulent system they are practicing. And they never send reply on time no matter how many times we are sending them a reminder email but they dont bother. Because they got money from us and they treat our money as their own money.

Parking problem. Anyone can park and close the entry and exit gates easily.

Based on my experience i can say that BPTP is one of the most credible builder in NCR region. they are very professional and also helpful at the same time.
I invested in their project Amstoria Gurgaon and i am happy with my decision of going with BPTP.

My friend Sameer Jha having flat in PC block sector 77 Faridabad BPTP park elite floors. He booked this flat in May 2014 and he is second owner. this flat is 11 year old. He have paid all money as per BPTP in Feb 2020 and waiting for flat handover. earlier they said due to corona handover got delayed. Now from last 6 month they are saying that site contractor not paid by BPTP thats why his flat handover got delayed. Still waiting for flat handover.

Worst experience with BPTP, paying EMIs for home and rent at the same time but these thick skinned builders have no feeling for buyers. No possession till date only false promises being made by builders. Please don't get trapped with builder whosoever wanting to invest in BPTP project.

I dont know how people get 5 star rating to BPTP I think fake IDs get 5star otherwise all BPTP projects in Gurgaon are late even some projects take approx 11 years or more
When I purchase BPTP told me within a year project will be handover and today's three years passed and conditions are same

Recently I visited BPTP's project in Noida "Captal City" which is constructed with the aim of providing weekend feels to the employees in week days. A good project to invest which is a classic example of work life balance

Visited BPTP Spacio recently. it was an amazing experience. everything is so good about this project. lot of green space, excellent construction quality, superb location, state-of-art amenities. would recommend to visit this project once.

They have alot of good ongoing and finished projects for people to check out. If you are lookknf for a housig apartments, must check them check out!

A fast developing housing society with Class 1 facilities in sector 37, Gurugram. Cabs also come here. Medanta super specialty hospital near by. Online shopping stores and chemist also available.

BPTP is fraud builder who's no any project fully completed in Delhi NCR since 2010.
They use buyers money from one to another new launch project.i have invested in Discoverypark,sec-80 , Faridabad in 2010 but not get possession till date.Though 95% payment paid to Bptp.They are mahachor, unprofessional, fraud,cheater.Never ever invest in bptp.i m suffering with the burden of EMI and rent since 10yrs and finally asked to Bptp to refund my money and they said not possible....we are now filled a case at NCDRC and RERA

Big scammers......they take your money, your wealth and your peace of mind if you book flat with them. Never ever.....fall for their false promises.......

Booking a flat in BPTP Discovery Park Sector 80 was the worst decesion of my life. The project is still not completed after almost 11 years. BPTP is the worst builder I have experienced. I paid almost 95 percent of flat money to BPTP and taken loan from bank for which I m paying heavy EMI. Now I am asking them to refund my money back and BPTP is denying by telling Fund Issues.
Guys Kindly be warned who is planning to invest their hard earned money in BPTP projects. This will be the worst decesion of your Life.
