Hi my friend Sameer booked flat in BPTP PC block park elite floors sector 77 Faridabad 7year ago. he is second owner of property this property is more than 11 year old. Waiting to receive flat handover more than 7 years. He have deposited all money last year after they said we will handover your flat in one month. But still they didn t completed work of my flat. They have excuse of Corona last year and now their site incharge saying that BPTP not paying money to contractors that s why contractor not completed flat handover work. Now there customer care team also not responding emails. BPTP canaught place office person also not responding and not faridabad site persons

BPTP is one of the best real estate company in Delhi NCR. they have completely transformed Faridabad. they have some real good projects in faridabad and Gurgaon. the architecture and amenities offered by builder are extraordinary.

The company who transformed Faridabad completely. Their concept is completely different from all other builders. They are no doubt the best builder in Delhi NCR.

Good company as per locality but they are not in terms of employment

Also, the amenities offered by them are world-class.

Pls do not book ure flats with both. They are cheats. They have taken ONLY 12yrs to build the bptp spacio towers and theres still a long way to go before the project gets completed and handed over!

BPTP is always in its poor state of business. An ideal example of a company without a basic ethics. Company is lacking its senses since long time and buyers are suffering on high cost. They never choose straight line and make sure their customers are suffering.

I recently visited BPTP office, one thing which I really liked about the company is their sales and marketing team. They have a team of professionals who are ready to help you and solve all your queries.

One of the best builder in NCR region. They have some real good projects in Faridabad and Gurgaon.

I submitted payment for BPTP Amstoria project at their CP office. They eagerly accepted it but promised to show documents (CLU, layout plan, sanctions) before allotment is done.
2 days later when I called POC regarding RERA issue, he said they will show approval after 10% + 15% is transferred. He rudely said to cancel allotment if you have any questions, they have many customers in queue. Many are ready to pay in black aswell.

He said BPTP is big-reputed developer & your 25 Lakhs don't matter& have already delivered more flats than the money you have in your account.
When I confronted them why their customers are protesting for flats then, delayed project, he said they are over smart like you.

Clearly BPTP don't have good intentions, will suggest not to book with them. Lots of pained customer & all 5 star reviews are paid.

I approached BPTP for property investment for Gurugram region in Delhi NCR. BPTP office location is easily noticeable and reachable and facilitated with all the amenities needed from a visitor's perspective. I met with one of guy from their sales team at this BPTP main office in Delhi and happy knowing about BPTP properties in Gurugram. Especially liked the Spacio project which is about to complete. Overall I had a good experience with this real estate developer.

BPTP is one of the most corrupt and untrust worthy builder in delhi NCR . Inspite of given so many chances they r unable to complete the project even after 10 years.

Unprofessional builders waiting for possession from more than 10 years BPTP has a talent to play with costumers hard earned money because of BPTP we are suffering a lot already paid 95% now again they are planing to take 5% without any hope of possession

Never invest in BPTP properties ... You will be trapped

My experience of dealing with BPTP was great. They have a team of professionals. They explained everything about the project, locality, connectivity in detail and also cleared all my doubts.

Very badly treat customers and after sale services are very poor.

Bought a 2 bhk at their project BPTP Amstoria. The company is good and clear in their contracts. Their marketing team is extremely dedicated n did all the handholding through the entire process of decision making and selection of the apartment. Extremely satisfied.

I am quite amazed to see the layout of their project the surrounding area was filled with greenry and all this comes with class facilities and amenities.

Owners are very good and having respectful background. So same will be future.

I visited their one of the project in sector 80 Faridabad discovery park special care has been taken to meet the requirements of children like a rock-climbing wall, badminton courts, swimming pool and open, green spaces for outdoor activities.

All decorative are excellent in-house and class of artwork in working environment is totally unique.

Its been more than 10 years , BPTP is failed to deliver the project. They have been giving false promises and cheating all it s customers. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUILDER.

Lovely People nice lobby small but not less then Taj hotel

BPTP is one of the most trustable builder in Delhi NCR. they have transformed Faridabad completely . All thanks to bptp for making Faridabad so developed and a hotspot for new age home buyers.

This was my lifes'worse decision in 2012when I booked a flat in BPTP Discovery Park Sector 80. This project of BPTP is still pending after almost 11 years we are still waiting for our dream houses which now turned in a nightmare. BPTP is the biggest fraud company. I paid almost 95 percent of flat money to BPTP and taken loan from bank for the same for this I m paying heavy interest to the Bank. NOW I m asking them to refund my money back and BPTP is denying by telling FUND ISSUES. I warn you all please dont Invest your hardearned money in BPTP. .

Only the one who is entering this BPTP ofc with cheque book or with cash will be listened.

Those who are waiting for delivery of flats or refund will be treated as invisible..

Never trust BPTP with your hard earned money, and if you have taken bank loan for any of their properties, then you are doomed...
