Had a coupon, 39.00, for oil change, rotate tires and 12 point inspection. The guy came out and said good news, you don't need new tires so no rotation needed. I thought rotating your tires was what kept your tires good? Paid 37.00 for oil change and that was it. Ripped off

Person taking care of my claim was excellent! Picking up was quick and work was done in the predicted window.

They did leave some spare parts and an extra window in my trunk though. Nobody understood what I meant when I came back in with the box.
