Paid $7000 for our blinds and after 3 years had the side of one come off due to poor fitment, called to get someone to look at it $120 just to come out and pretty much didn't want to know about it.

After three attempts at installing a new outdoor blind it has still not been made correctly to the size required, work is very unsatisfactory and incomplete, installation is poor and damage that was previously caused not rectified - all in all not a good experience.
Blinds good but won't use again follow up service when under warranty shocking, we were blamed for the damage when the blind had only been used twice, in the end it was a faulty part which i had to prove to them and then fit and fix my self.
I would honestly recommend this company for security screen doors. Venetians cut to wrong size. Poor attention to detail. That was last year. Decided recently to try again for more blinds and after speaking to staff to arrange quote never heard back. Went elsewhere and noticed much more improved service. Dissapointing to say the least.
