Our first trip to the new location and what a disappointment.

The food was still good but the service was atrocious. It started out fairly well but once our food order was taken, the wait staff disappeared. The children were never offered a drink and I couldn't waive anyone down to get one. I had to stand up and chase a waiter down to get service. Once we finished the appetizers, nothing else came. After 40 minutes we started asking for our main course, but never got an answer as to when it would come or what happened. At 50 minutes we threatened to leave, after which the food finally came. It was almost an hour between finishing the appetizer and getting our main course.

I understand that things can go wrong in a restaurant, but we were never given an explanation and then were presented with a bill for the full amount including the service charge!

My favourite greek restaurant!! The otopus is extremely tender and i particularly like the sauce that comes with the octopus, i like the tomato-based mousaka, somehow it goes really well with the minced beef n eggplant. The cheese platter is well-grilled, definitely one of my favourite dishes here. In general, every dish is good.

The food at Blu Kouzina is undoubtedly delicious and unparalleled in its flavors, however the one undesirable facet of dining at the restaurant has been the opacity of order taking and billing. Twice we've been charged for food we didn't explicitly order - once it was a fruit+desert platter that was brought unsolicited to our table and offered "on the house" but was billed to us later. The second time, last night, we were brought two plates of pita bread when we only ordered one portion, and were charged for potatoes that were first mentioned as "part of the mains" we ordered. While these infractions were in both instances a fraction of the bill, they still left a bad taste in the mouth after an otherwise delicious meal.

Great quality and tasting food, comfortable seating. The atmosphere is pleasant and fitting for a Greek restaurant. The staff are very polite and quite fast and efficient as well. The prices are a little high, but match the quality of the food offered. Location is somewhat out of the way, would recommend driving in.

I love the food here especially the taromasolata cod roe dip with pita bread and the pastizio pasta dish (similar to moussaka). However the dishes are all quite large and quite pricey so you may have to go with a larger group.

The two rooms are decorated quite differently (italian style greek style). Personally I prefer the greek decorated room but they are both nice.

I will be back soon!

Great place and great food but outrageous customer experience today from the Filipino gentleman in black shirt, with an uwelcoming attitude and seemingly determined to reject any of my request to select a specific table, when multiple tables were clearly free for grab, claiming they are reserved...

We we're very disappointed this time. Our lamb was over cooked. They cooked it again and it was served raw not med rare. The third time two of the three chops were sent back for me and three out of three for my wife was sent back. The forth time we we're able to eat. Servers didn't appolagize. I spoke with Favian who said he will make it up next time we come back. Not sure what that really meant nor I was sure we will come back. Not the best birthday dinner for my wife.

You sit down at a simple comfy table, around you it starts to fill up with a crowd, saliva dripping smells reach your nose as waiters bring plates around, you just can't help but order all the lovely looking food. Loads of grilled cheese, succulent meat and delicious greek cuisine.
Prices are definitely on the high side for dining out in Singapore. Come in a large group and share dishes.

First time at their newer Dempsey location. Service was great. Lamb shank was good, moussaka was good. Really enjoyed it. Saganaki was delicious. Must order.

Second time at Dempsey and probably my fourth time overall. The mint tea is pretty cool, recommended. Everything else is still great. Moussaka and saganaki cheese for life.

Had dinner with my husband and had beef and chicken skewers, artichoke salad, spanakopita and bourgatas. Enjoyed every single dish and we both think it s one of the best meals we ve had in a while. The food, ambience, service - everything was on point.

Blu Kouzina will possibly be one of our new favourite go-to restos. Can t wait to try the other items on their extensive menu!

Great food as usual. But bring your own pepper and salt. They serve it in small bottles for you to season yr food. However. The size of the salt and pepper is mouth opening / gobber smacking. Imagine if u grabbed a huge piece of rock salt or unground pepper, then with a hammer *smash*. Now sprinkle the smashed bits onto yr food.
Ok. You can wake up from your dream now. Because in reality it turns out to be Totally unusable seasoning for your food yeah. However if you hate yr mother inlaw. Then I guarantee this is a perfect place to treat her for dinner !

I absolutely enjoyed my first experience at Blu Kouzina. They have an inner section of the restaurant which is really pretty and well designed, you feel like you're on a holiday! The food is easily one of the best Greek restaurants in Singapore. I enjoyed the grilled octopus, hummus and meat platter. My friends love it too! Will definitely return and recommend to friends

One for the incredibly rude service staff. Didn't come with a reservation hoping to get a table, waited a full ten minutes at the door as they walked past. They were busy, I grant you that. But when we asked if a table was available, we were given the biggest cold shoulder, "sorry were full." And they walked off as quickly as they responded. Goodbye Blu Kouzina. Your food may be delicious, but your service leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I visited it s first restaurant at Bukit Timah and loved it. Glad to be back after more than a decade but at Dempsey this time. Service was great. We had Uncle Bob as our server. He was enthusiastic and gave on-point recommendations for a sumptuous lunch just enough for 8 pax. Highly recommend that those who wish to try Mediterranean cuisine in Singapore to come here. We had the three-dips platter, small meat platter, grilled octopus and pastitsio (Greek pasta) which was much loved by the kids.

Most favorite Greek restaurant in Singapore!! We love love the grilled octopus - soft and tasty, not rubbery. The food is flavorful and hearty. Service is excellent, we usually ask for Maya, but also been served by others and equally good. They are attentive, give good recommendations, and sometimes gives shots on the house if you re nice

Nice decor restaurant. We ordered several appetizers to share which were quite tasty, except the hummus was just okay. The main dish was I ordered was beef kebab but I didn t like so much, Pita bread was soggy.
Located in Dempsey hill so expect to pay premium. Service was very attentive.
Don t sit outside on a hot day. We did and we were all sweating crazily.

This is the real thing. Ingredients brought in from Greece, I was told by the friendly and knowledgeable waitstaff. Had a nice Greek salad which had excellent feta cheese, grilled lamb, which tasted great washed down with Greek wine which had the chalkiness, gentle tannins, and accessibility of a good Greek wine. If you like casual Greek food you can t go wrong with Blu Kouzina.

Tried melitzanosalata, bouigourdi, kolokithokeftedes, soutzoukakia from mezzes section. Only dish that impressed me with its taste was melitzanosalata. The rest was lacking flavour and quality ingredients. I know it is hard to execute proper greek/mediterianean cuisine without supplying fresh, seasonal ingredients. But if you are selling these dishes with those prices, quality should be better than this.

Soutzoukakia was simply ikea meatballs covered in overly salty, bad quality tomato sauce. Dont order this. The main dish xtapodi was soft and tender but was lacking flavour too. Not sure worth the price.

Service was simply weird. Couldnt really associate the overly casual attiudes of waiters with the restaurant setting. Service was fast, but definetely lacking manners. Restaurant was too noisy too.

Overall, average restaurant with average taste and average service. Only go if you want to have a change of setting, not for taste.

Environment was dirty. They did even bother to clean the tables. The table had thick layers of dusts. I kept sneezing the whole time when I was there and my eyes were red and watery. I have nose allergie to dust. This allergy is very common and I am sure they know better but their staff are lazy to clean up the place. I am sure of this because the work place looks very mismanaged. No only the table was dusty but it was oily. They did not even clean the oil and crumbs of the table that was from other customers. I am absolutely sure they did not think the table was going to clean itself, their just lazy because I had to 3 different waiter in order for someone to finally clean the table. I am never comming back again.

Excellent food here and pretty authentic I must say. Portions are best for sharing. Highlights were the vegetarian mousaka, grilled octopus, hummus, pita bread, and a Greek dessert made from semolina (can't remember the name). Restaurant's a little warm when crowded but apart from that, great ambiance and prompt service.

We loved this place since we arrived in Singapore 6 years ago.
We visited the new location for the first time and while the food quality is debatably still the same, and the dishes we loved are still as delicious, there is something about the new atmosphere that disappoints.
In a way, the moment you open a restaurant in Dempsey Hill you sign up for a generic dining experience: expensive, industrial like, cuisine that serves some exotic food.

What we loved about the old place, the intimate atmosphere, the Greek decor, the owner's attention to his guests, the generous lemoncello drink at the end of the meal are all hard to preserve in this open, mass-produced Greek restaurant setup.

Fantastic great food and great service (and efficient).

The only feedback - we were a table of 2 pax and ordered 1 half salad, octopus, calamari and lamb kebab. All the dishes were huge (which is great) but they brought out the mains too quickly - suggest to bring them out slower for small groups, so the food doesn t get cold!
