We stayed at The Inn while in Hamilton MT for The Cast One For Hope fly fishing fund raiser for The Casting For Recovery program that provides a weekend getaway for breast cancer patients and survivors. They could not have been more pleasant and accommodating . The Inn is centrally located in town and has lots of amenities. We will definitely be back next year. Well priced and the rooms are very comfortable...no complaints about anything !

Had a wonderful stay! This place is loved and nurtured, you can tell the staff love their work, they are all so friendly & accommodating. The hotel is clean is kept up well, there are stunning views and nice little trails right behind the hotel. There's always something to look at, even if you don't leave the hotel. The lobby is comfortable and there's great space to do your computer work if necessary. Definitely book your stay here if you're making a trip to MT.

We had a last minute need to book a room here due to a death in the family. I am incredibly picky about motels and I have many phobias about cleanliness. Everything however, about this motel was wonderful. The front desk staff were helpful and very friendly, the rooms were comfortable and very clean! I recommend this place if you ever need to stay in Hamilton. Thank you so much for an outstanding stay.

Clean and quiet, and pet friendly. The property backs up to the mountains, has a fenced dog run and lots of open space, and is also right next to a cute walking trail.

My one issue is that, for whatever reason, we had to switch rooms partway through our 11-day stay. The front desk said they would move our things from one room to another for us (which I appreciate, because we had a TON of stuff) but we also had two dogs with us, and there were no accommodations to be made during the 3-hour difference between checking out of our old room and checking in to our new room.

Now, I am absolutely NOT expecting the hotel to board or watch my dogs for me, but the front desk wasn't even helpful in recommending pet-friendly restaurants, trails, parks, etc. in the area. I wasn't even told if I could sit with my two dogs and my laptop in the lobby and wait it out. When I asked if there were any pet-friendly places around, the front desk just told me there were a couple of boarding places I could leave them for doggy daycare.

I would highly suggest that the management have some kind of list of pet-friendly establishments or things to do in the area for your out-of-town guests. This was my biggest frustration during our stay. Otherwise, everything was good and ultimately, I would stay again.

Listen it is what it is if you were expecting more then go lay for more. The rooms aren't special... The folks are nice enough.... It's a overly named hotel at the end of the day. But it's priced fair it's clean and warm at night so keep your expectations realistic and enjoy your stay.

Decent place to stay, clean, and the usual amenities. The view from our 3rd floor room was 1/2 obscured by the roof of the pool. Very nice complimentary breakfast. One oddity, the TV turned on 3 different times in the middle of the night for no apparent reason.

I love the hotel it's rooms are clean and they have everything that you need they have an extra sink in the bathroom and in the front area which makes it easier for two people or more. Everyone I have encountered who work here are very friendly and everything seems to be well put together here. Even though the hotel is on the main road it is also right off of the main road and you can miss it if you aren't looking specifically for it. The pillows are a little bit soft but there are two of them so that helps. My main complaint would be that the breakfast sausage eggs and gravy all had a flavor like imitation salt. whether it was all the food or just my first bite which made all the food tastes like that. I had a bitter taste through the whole meal. That is why the four stars I would give the hotel and staff a five stars Plus and I would give the food a three-star

Changing my 5 star to 1,a few reasons. Beds are now hard like any other chain, limited channels, pool and spa closed. (i read other reviews and the hotel apoloized and claimed its from covid, however in Montana you can have them open under the current rules) i understand the hotels are trying to catch up from lost earnings but that doesn't mean the front desk lady Tracy can be rude about it when I ask. I drove 8 hours with kids and was extremely chastised for inquiring about it.

Can't stay there because we have no credit card! We have plenty of money but they will not register you without a credit card that matches your id. You can check out with a debit card or cash! INSANE! We were reserving 2 nights in a spa suite, which was available.

I am so impressed with the amazing service I received during my stay at the Bitterroot River Inn and Conference Center. I made my reservation through a third party for the previous night and was considered a no show and my credit card was charged. This kind lady from Alabama called the third party, had the charges reversed and found me a room for the night I needed. The Inn is beautiful and comfortable with a full hot breakfast.

We had made reservations at a different motel in town and they wanted almost $300 for 2 nights....ridiculous!! So I called the bitterroot river inn and and they were half the price (didn't jack their prices for a holiday) and way better rooms, soooooooo much nicer of a hotel , for sure our go to place to stay when we come home to visit from now on!!! And they are pet friendly!!! Bog plus in my book!

Excellent place to stay. We went for a weekend getaway. The views are amazing, and the staff are super friendly and very helpful. It is in a great location to where there are restaurants and other stores nearby. I highly recommend Bitteroot River Inn. We definitely will be back!

LOVE IT! We got a family suite while traveling with our 7 month old. They made us feel more then at home by providing a crib and high chair! The bed was extremely comfortable which is saying a lot as most hotel beds are not. Even the pillows were great. We loved that the pool was 24/7 & the staff was fantastic. Oh, and the price was AMAZING! We are very pleased and will definitely be back!

Seems to be run by a group that also owns Super 8s and La Quintas, which says something, but there's probably also a reason it doesn't have one of those names. It is showing its age a bit, but this place seems pretty nice. The internet is great and the room was (mostly) clean. I know everyone is learning how to function in a coronavirus world, but the breakfast offering seemed like a way to just save money. If you are looking for a wonderful area to stay in, Hamilton is that.

Stayed here a few weeks ago. Overall it's a very pleasant and clean hotel. Nice welcoming atmosphere and the front desk staff was very friendly. My only concerns are that it seemed like the pool/spa/exercise room could have been open under current Montana covid guidelines, but I could be wrong about that. Also with the limited 'to go' breakfast and the fact that the rooms aren't being cleaned nightly (if you're staying multiple nights) it seems that the rates could be discounted to offset that. All that being said it's a hotel that I would definitely stay at again.
