Had a 47"LG Smart tv that went bad. Purchased the 5 year warranty on it which gave me a free replacement. Upgrade to 49" LG Smart 4K. All of the employees were helpful and quick to answer questions by text or by phone. Keep up the good work.

I could not be happier with my experience with Ann...

I could not be happier with my experience with Anna at the big Sandy superstore and at Ashland. She really listen to what I needed made great recommendations and even save me some money.

Lastly, Lisa made a great effort on delivery options and it was very much appreciated.

Best service we ever had dealing with Big Sandy. Paula was 100% professional, knowledgeable, and no pressure saleswoman. Would do business with them again and again as long as the sales staff was up to the standards the she showed.
