Had a 47"LG Smart tv that went bad. Purchased the 5 year warranty on it which gave me a free replacement. Upgrade to 49" LG Smart 4K. All of the employees were helpful and quick to answer questions by text or by phone. Keep up the good work.

Big Sandy was a good shopping experience. Looking for a washer and dryer. Our salesperson, Justin I believe, was very knowledgable and very courteous. We found just what we wanted. The delivery team was excellent.

Justin was amazing! He answered all 1,001 question...

Justin was amazing! He answered all 1,001 questions we had, gave us any and all info we asked for, helped us plan for the big purchase financially, explained each protection plan that was available in detail so that we really knew our options. I don t easily recommend people or places, but I would recommend Mr.Maynard to the pope! Thank you again, sir!

Went into Big Sandy today just looking at the mattress s. Not really having any intention to purchase today. Wanted to shop around and compare pricing. We were greeted by Regina, a wonderful sales associate. She had us try out several different mattress s and we bought one before leaving the store. Thanks Regina, you made our purchase a great experience.

Regina was absolutely amazing to work with. She even stayed over late to help out and gave us her personal cell number if we had any concerns. We are in LOVE with our new furniture as well. Regina helped us find something that we love and that will last a long time. We highly recommend seeing Regina next time anyone goes to buy a couch or living room set.

Update to my review, they called later than day an...

Update to my review, they called later than day and tried to charge me 105 more than we had agreed to. So I had to drive all the way back up there and after speaking to them and waiting for over 10 minutes they figured out what the difference was. Noone was helpful at all and I ended up having to cancel my order. I will never shop there again. My first and last experience with that big sandy.

I have always shopped around before buying applian...

I have always shopped around before buying appliances and have personally found Big Sandy to be one of the places to look at first. I have always been able to find good deals and recently bought a refrigerator I am very pleased with. The staff are great and I was able to personally speak to the manager over the appliances, and get all the information I needed. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

The salesman wasn t the least bit pushy, and didn t try to talk us into something that we didn t really want or need. We were shopping for a TV, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful!
We got a great deal too.

If you re in the market for new furniture or electronics, you need to go see Travis Dudding at the Rt 60 store (out by Summit RV). He was understanding of my OCD level of pickiness and worked with me to get the best deals on everything I wanted. I didn t know you they offered financing, but he can arrange that for you too! I won t shop with anyone else.

I could not be happier with my experience with Anna at the big Sandy superstore and at Ashland. She really listen to what I needed made great recommendations and even save me some money.

Lastly, Lisa made a great effort on delivery options and it was very much appreciated.

Thank you Nathan, Alex and John for one of the best experiences we ve had in a while. Nathan you made buying appliances fun and the knowledge you gave us of each one was very informative. You were honest and didn t try to push any brand over the other and were very focused on our needs. Alex and John (poor John this was his first day and I put him through the wringer). Alex and John both were so much fun to work with and moved many tables to match the furniture I was purchasing. They even waited while we came home to measure only to find out I changed my mind. We started over and the entire time they kept telling me, that s what we re here for is to make sure your happy with what you purchase. They also told me they would move as much furniture as needed to make sure I was happy. I can only say go and you will get the customer service we all look for while shopping. Mike your sales staff and customer service representatives (Cassie) were some of the best I have seen in a long time. The atmosphere and friendliness of everyone was a very pleasant experience. I also want to thank you for all the fun I had during the giveaways. Big Sandy in Ashland will be my first stop when buying furniture.

We made our purchase the end of February and was told we would have our furniture in 2 weeks. I was not happy about that because we were first told it should be in stock because it was a popular set, but we did go ahead and agree to the 2 weeks. One week later I got rid of my old living room set to prepare for my delivery the following Friday. Well when I called I was told it would be another week! Very unacceptable. We have never ever had a good experience with Big Sandy furniture. We had to replace 2 mattresses sets there because they broke down and was still under warranty and we upgraded each time thinking it would get better!!! It doesn t, the last set we got, which made the third set, was icomfort and it was terrible after a few months. Too late to replace them, that was our third set!!!! The motor to the adjustable frame messed up and it was under warranty but we were told we would have to pay for the shipping of the part!!!
We were also offered a $200 gift card for our furniture being delayed. A GIFT card at a place I will never buy from again and they were told that! Also I have a problem with knowing they got my money for the purchase the day after we bought it. I feel they should have at least waited until they had my merchandise before taking my money!!! And they never bothered to call us back because we wanted to cancel our order from being so frustrated over the delivery. Very poor customer service AFTER you make your purchase.... Wonderful to you BEFORE your purchase!!! Our sales Rep was a super nice guy. My problem is with the management and the company as a whole as far as their treatment of customers and quality of service. And Honesty.

I purchased a dining set from Big Sandy in Februar...

I purchased a dining set from Big Sandy in February of 2019. During the search for the set that would meet our needs, we told the sales associate we wanted a table that we did not have to worry about damaging the top with drinks, etc. He assured us the table we purchased was made of a synthetic wood with a protective coating on the top and we would not have any issues with water damage ( he even went to look the table up on his computer to be sure)He also told us we were getting free delivery and an extended warranty (due to a promotion) that would cover any damage (due to us having 2 large teenage boys) we were concerned about how the chairs would hold up.
Well, fast forward 6 months. A can of Coke was left on the table, the table now has a large water ring.
I called Big Sandy service, they declined any help, said it was not covered. They suggested I call the store and speak with the store manager or the customer service manager. After calling several times, I finally spoke with the store manager, he was not happy that the service dept had suggested I call him, first of all. Then, we goes on to tell me that he was not the manger at the time of my purchase, the sales associate is no longer working there, he did not hear the conversation we had with the sales associate (so he didn t know if it was the truth) and Everyone knows that any type of wood will show a water ring (very passive aggressively). I will never purchase another thing from Big Sandy ( and I just purchased an entire kitchen appliance set from there in 2017. $3,000 + ) I am very upset with the customer service and how I was treated.

***I made a return phone call to the general manager today, as requested. He was the same person I had spoken with on the phone. He had me call to tell me that my review was not completely accurate . I am not sure what on my review is not accurate, in his opinion, because my daughter was with me while he was on speaker phone and heard the entire conversation. He said he had sent my information to upper management, so now we wait.

We have had multiple experiences with Big Sandy of Summit/Cannonsburg and have had nothing but fantastic service every time! But this go around is a little different seeing as we've recently had a house fire and have to replace everything!! They have made a very scary, overwhelming situation into a relaxing easy step by step process along with providing us the best deals and extra warranty coverage and bonus with every purchase! I have always highly recommended Big Sandy but now I praise them above all for being so kind and helpful in my family's scary situation!!!! Answering all my many questions and changing things around when I've changed my mind!! Thank you all so so much!!!

I had a fantastic, seamless experience purchasing a new mattress from Big Sandy. The Sleep Solutions Specialist named Regina F. was extremely helpful. She allowed me to take the time to find mattress that was right for me and provided all of the details I needed to help me make an informed decision on such a major purchase. Regina was there every step of the way - from the time I entered the store until checkout - so I definitely give her an A++!

My family has entrusted Big Sandy with all of our home and appliance needs for years and we will continue to do business with them!

The sales people at the store are always fantastic...

The sales people at the store are always fantastic to deal with, as was Brandon this time. However, Big Sandy always falls short with delivering merchandise undamaged. I have had somewhere close to 10(not counting the replacement deliveries that were usually damaged as well) or more deliveries of multiple items, and as of my delivery yesterday, I have yet to receive a delivery without damage to my items. I would say my purchases are split 50/50 between brand new, and items from the outlet. A minimum of one item has been damaged every time. If it wasn't for Big Sandy's salespeople I would never stop there again. It is disappointing and discouraging that i have learned to ALWAYS take pictures of anything i but from them before purchase and at delivery to make sure I can get them to make it right. And I would advise anyone purchasing from them to inspect everything top to bottom before you accept delivery.

I knew what I needed when I went to the store, and my salesman showed it to me, it also suggested another item of higher quality and just a bit higher price. Warranties were explained to me, and I chose the one I wanted. It was quick, and an efficient use of both my and his time. I was very impressed.

This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had. The salesman, Justin has lied to us multiple times and he is extremely hard to work with. He is not honest by any means and once I receive my order that he promised would deliver on the 8th of December (not happening) and then lied and said he didn t say it, I will never shop at Big Sandy again. I have been a loyal customer of Big Sandy for many years and I have never dealt with such a dishonest and difficult person. He will tell you anything for a sale and all I wanted was the straight forward truth. If you can t hire better people than him, your business is in serious trouble. He even accused me of threatening him because I told him he better call me back after many promises he would and never did. He is very combative and I m very sorry for you that he is a representative of your store.

Ashland Ky store charged an undisclosed delivery fee when advertised free delivery. I've asked for this charge to be removed, management promises to return phone call, but does not. I've made several attempts to resolve. No resolution.
